The location is great, close/walking distance to restaurants and stores. The apartment was clean and spacious and the building felt very safe.

My one real issue was how uncomfortable the bed was. It sagged significantly in the middle so my partner and I kept rolling into the center and it squeaked loudly any time we so much as readjusted a pillow. We ended up sleeping 3 of our 4 nights on the also uncomfortable but slightly quieter pull out sofa in the apartment’s living room. Otherwise the place was great, but unfortunately the bed issue was a big one.

I've stayed in different locations in town before, and this one was my favorite. The location was great - convenient to the NIH and not too far from the metro, close to restaurants. The concierges were extremely friendly. They have free coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby from 6 am to 6 pm (make sure to bring your own cup) and a rooftop deck with amazing views. It's an apartment building where people live, so not overcrowded like a hotel. The apartment was super clean and had everything I needed (ironing, hair dryer, washer/dryer). And over the top touches that I totally didn't expect - the table was already set and all the little things (paper towels, tea/coffee, soap) were packaged in a sort of gift basket with a bow on top. A wonderful stay all around.

The apartment is beautiful, all appliances seem to be very new and clean. I did not use most of the things because I was there for only two night. The location was very convenient for me, with plenty of good-rated restaurants and close to the event I was attending.

I had a very hard time getting in the apartment. The apartment that I rented wasn't available when I got there (apparently the previous travelers were still there). I had to call the company who manages the apartments in that building to see what could be done. It took me +2h to be inside a new apartment. I asked for a compensation for the delay and never received an answer back.

Apartment has a lot of space and is well equipped. Staff at front desk very nice people but lack authoroty to solve problems.

Getting a parking space is too complex and requires one to send a copy of creditcard to host. This business practice is obsolete and undermines trust.

Friendly professional concierge staff who make all guests fill at home. Great location. Great wifi. Comfortable bed.

Communication with management was challenging. I had scheduled minor repairs, but the repairmen did not arrive when scheduled. Instead they arrived unannounced several days later. Also, management was slow to notify me that I could not renew my lease.

The apartments are ‘remote managed’. there is a doormen in the building but he seems to be more bothered by the company renting out the apartments and their guests than that he appreciates and welcomes the guests. Communication with managers is via app/email. they do respond but there is a wait time, e.g. for an extra key or supplies till the next day.

I travel to Maryland for business about once a month. These accommodations FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Much better than the hotels that I have stayed at. Fully furnished apartment that was spacious, clean and conveniently located within minutes of where I was working. The building is also located in the Woodmont Triangle so you have no shortage of options for food and entertainment. I will almost certainly be looking to book again at Global Luxury Suites Bethesda :)

The location is excellent, our deluxe apartment had a den . Check in and out is very easy and the customer service is excellent , they respond very quickly and effectively. Ww needed a parking space and they helped with that so we could park our car in the same day . Also we needed some extra cooking pots and it was provided. The building is excellent as is its facelities

My comment would be on the furniture provided , its a bit used and the bedroom furniture is large that it took so much space from the room it self . I had to buy extra hangers . the coffee machine was worn out . The towels are clean but again worn out .

very good value for the money. whole apartment with laundry and full kitchen. we paid $15 per day parking. we had to arrange that ahead of time. that was slightly annoying, but well worth it. Has a rooftop pool that we had a bbq and swam. pool table available also. it was very convenient both times we stayed there. tons of restaurants that are within walking distance. store downstairs that had everything we forgot with a deli that made breakfast and lunch. very close to Walter reed naval base which is why we we’re there. I would 100 percent book again.

Great location. Comfortable flat. Quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Concierges Victor and Debbie each went out of their way to assist me and they both are so pleasant and friendly.

-The printer for guest use needs a new ink cartridge. The cartridge still wasn't replaced 3 weeks after I first reported it. -No one covers the concierge desk when the concierge on duty takes his/her lunch and dinner break.
