To start off the staff was very friendly and accommodating. had a few issues with my key card going out (I kept putting it in the same pocket as my money clip which is magnetic) so that is on me but they where always super friendly about reactivating it. This location is up to date on the rooms and lobby so it was nice and clean. the maids did a fantastic job restocking and cleaning the room everyday while we where out. Location was approximately 15 minutes from Washing D.C. which is fine as long as you beat the traffic. For anyone considering this hotel for thier stay. keep in mind it's free parking and free breakfast and that is something to take advantage of. so including all of that when you factor in the price of this hotel, it can't be beat.

Very good value for money for the services offered. Free parking at the facility. The hotel is 12 minutes from Washington DC. Bathroom with bathtub in the room, very efficient air conditioning and a large flat-screen TV. Comfortable beds and carpeting on the floor.

The service at the front desk could be better and establish a positive relationship with guests. I missed that, even making eye contact when I was standing in line to check in. Additionally, I asked for a room in a quiet part of the corridor, but was told that all rooms are quiet. I was placed with my family door to door with some other family, where several children were running around, screaming from before 7 am. The parents of these children were also having loud conversations from 6.45 a.m. Room soundproofing minimal!

The customer service was great at the front desk. Very quick and thorough and explained everything in detail. The room was nicer than I expected. The room was very clean, A/C worked great, and an overall good value.

Unfortunately the entrance/exit to the location was a little confusing but that’s not too big a deal. The outside of the hotel looked a little worn down and old, it could use an update. The walls are extremely thin; I could hear the people next door having a conversation when I woke up in the morning. The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak and the sink spout was short for the basin it was in. I wish breakfast was until 10am instead; unfortunately I missed breakfast because I’m not a morning person.

Excellent housekeeping staff; outstanding customer service. I had emailed the staff to ask for help getting room with easy access to elevator or on ground floor since I was traveling with my mom and stepmom and they have mobility issues. The employee was very helpful and very customer friendly. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was excellent. Good quality towels and bedding. The service provided was better than a lot of pricier hotels.

The biggest negative was that as clean as the hotel was inside, the front entryway had an overflowing trash can outside the entrance. The front entrance is the first thing people see when they enter the hotel and doesn’t represent the business as well as it would if the trashcan was much larger and not overflowing.

The maid service was positive. Very friendly and responsive to our needs eg need towels, room clean up as soon as you can. Staff, front desk- alerted us by calling us at the Smithsonian that we were supposed to check out. My mistake- I thought I had booked that day. Was able to rebook the same room for another day.

Decor in hallways was dark. Paint was dark. Lighting marginal. Long dark hallway to your room. Elevator was broken indefinitely. Pool though not open looked a mess.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was great, what truly stood out was the exceptional service I received during breakfast. Virginia, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with her attention to detail, made each morning a delight. She took the time to ensure that all guests felt welcome and attended to, making the breakfast experience one of the highlights of my stay. Thank you, Virginia, for your outstanding service!

Not much isolation between rooms

I like that it was very close to a shopping plaza. The staff are great and it was a pretty quiet place.

The parking lot is very small and hard to find a spot. The first room we were checked into had a defective toilet so we were moved with no problem. The only thing I didn’t like about the next room was a big stain on the window curtain and the tub seemed a bit yellow. Also the toilet seat seemed very old and like it was painted over to make it look new but it had chipping paint all over it. Other than that, it was a great stay and the room looked very nice.

I felt safe. Check-in was fast and easy. I appreciate the Hotel Clerk NOT shouting out my room number when she handed me my keys. There were other people in the lobby and I did not want everyone to know my room number. THAT MADE ME FEEL SEEN & SAFE!!! I was so happy I called a family to tell them about my check-in! My family felt safe knowing I was staying in a hotel with personnel with safety awareness for lone travelers.

That I had to leave before breakfast and I arrive too late to workout after a long drive

I had a wonderful experience at the Comfort Inn Falls Church - Tysons Corner. The hotel truly embodies hospitality. I am glad to see that they are thriving. During my stay, a situation arose, but the manager was empathetic and responsible in handling it. I am grateful to the entire staff for their excellent service.

To be honest, there was a female staff member who appeared calm but was very deceptive. She was rude, impolite, and malicious. Despite her outwardly pleasant demeanor, her intentions were not as they seemed. When things went wrong, her behavior was shocking and unexpected. However, I would still highly recommend Comfort Inn Falls Church - Tysons Corner as an outstanding place to stay during your visit to the city. Give it a try, and you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful staff, very clean rooms and plenty of towels. Charging ports available so it wasn't a big deal if we forgot our blocks. Target & lots of other shopping places a 4 minute drive. Breakfast was good and we wondered what was in those egg disks that made them so filling? Kids enjoyed making waffles. Location was a 6 minute drive to East Falls Church Metro Station. Also there is McDonald's right next door & even a nice walking path to take there.
