The location and the room

As a HHonors member, I usually have great stays here. But from the time I checked in until check out, there were brief periods of incessant banging. I reported it to the front desk twice. Nothing was done. I actually documented the frequency of the noise. From 5PM to 6 PM, there were 4 disruptions, each lasting between 2 and 4 minutes. From 7AM until 11AM, there were 4 disruptions, each lasting between 1 and 3 minutes. Nobody came to check on it.Let me state. I love Hilton. This is an amazing property. The location is unmatched. Safety. Cleanliness. Proximity to dining of all kinds. Transportation. Five Star. Shower and bath amenities. Exceptional. But I am a bit disappointed that nobody addressed the noise issue.

Breakfast is good and staff are very nice. It's located close to family we were visiting and has lots around it to eat out if we were staying longer.

Parking is not as convenient for in/out as I would wish. Some things showing wear and tear and need to be replaced (top on toilet tank cracked, buttons on ottoman missing; only black out shades in windows (were there curtains at some point?). Mattress was starting to sag in middle. Hard to figure out climate control and TV--needed to call front desk to reboot satellite and were either freezing or hot. Shower is a bit narrow. Hand held shower head would be great.

The location was really convenient and nice with a grocery store, running path, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I didn't realize parking for one night was $18 until I got the bill. We looked at taking public transportation downtown, but what would have been a 20 min drive was about 40 mins on public transportation. We tried to borrow wine glasses from room service / the bar but there were no wine glasses to be found. Even the little bar area they have by the front desk had wine but no wine glasses to put them in.

An open, airy hotel with clean facilities throughout. Perhaps even better was the location, with several restaurants and bars on the street and right around the corner along vibrant streets. There's even a supermarket and movie theater within a block of the hotel. Great airport shuttle service, too.

Rooms on the south side of the hotel face the alleyway, which is fine in and of itself. However, the delivery trucks for the myriad food establishments start arriving around 4am and the constant beeping of truck backup warning signals gets a bit annoying if you don't have an early alarm. Earplugs are a plus!

I live staying at your hotel. Live the location and always more accessible then other locations I've stayed in.

As a wheelchair user for the most part it's great. The only feedback for change is the bed and sink are too high and harder for me to reach or access. Also the shampoo and gel in the tub are too high and hard to reach a finally the door for wheelchair access is much too heavy to open. That must be adjusted. Thanks so much.

the location is everything!!! people aren’t kidding when they say it’s placed perfectly! all the puppy’s everywhere were such a nice touch! also, the rooms actually get cold! thank goodness!!

nothing I didn’t like. only thing I could even think of that needed to change was my room was missing a shower curtain.

We didn’t pay for the breakfast, but check in was fast I even got to check in a few hours early. The walls are a little thin heard some people banging things around but over all great stay. We’ll be back

Everything the room was amazing! The hot tub/pool area very nice and soothing. The gym my daughter loved it and enjoyed it. I want to say thank you to this facility for meeting my expectations. Damn shame you have to go out of town to have a decent hotel!

I can only complain about the one morning waitress, she was nice the first day but the day of checkout she seemed overwhelmed.

Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet, which we enjoy much.

Sometimes the sheets seemed thin. Also They were probably a cotton synthetic blend. All cottage would be better. More a problem however was the heavy duvet cover, which was too hot for the summer. Heard a dog bark early in morning but was not loud enough to really annoy like the time the year before. Also noticed “puddle” in an elevator, which probably was from a dog, but I could be wrong. Anyway allowing dogs in your hotel we find repugnant. (No pun intended). I always have to bring a night light to avoid turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night.

Incredible fully renovated hotel that was both comfortable and stylish. Beds and bedding were excellent, helpful and attentive staff and could not be in a better location to walk to groceries, restaurants and shops. HIGHLY recommend this property and please know I am very critical when it comes to hotels.

Not one thing I didn’t like, and that’s not normal for me.
