Our family recently enjoyed a delightful one-night stay at Comfort Inn, and we're eager to share our experience. As a family with two kids, finding a welcoming and convenient accommodation is paramount, and Comfort Inn exceeded our expectations in many aspects. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find ample parking, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The reception area greeted us with warmth. The staff provided all the necessary details about our stay, ensuring we felt well-informed. Cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and Comfort Inn did not disappoint. From the lobby to the hallways, everything appeared well-maintained and inviting. The carpets in the hallways were notably clean, a detail that often reflects the overall care taken by the establishment. Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and comfortable, featuring two queen beds perfect for accommodating our family. The bathroom was pristine, offering both hot and cold water. However, we did notice that the hot water temperature could reach scalding levels, suggesting a need for better regulation to ensure guest safety. Breakfast provided a satisfying start to our day, with a decent selection, from eggs and sausage to cereal, waffles, and fresh fruits. We took advantage of the hotel's outdoor sitting area, enjoying our breakfast in the garden. Check-out was as easy and hassle-free as check-in, completing our experience on a positive note. Overall, our stay at Comfort Inn was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the warm reception to the clean and spacious accommodations, it's clear that Comfort Inn prioritizes guest satisfaction. We highly recommend it to other families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Regulate the hot water temperatures.

Considering the hotel's proximity to Washington, D.C., the room rates at all hotels in the area are inflated. However, the hotel's location is good - close to parking and the metro terminal. Therefore, getting to downtown is not difficult. There are many dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and ready to assist. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The view from my window wasn't the best because there was construction nearby. But this is a typical situation for Washington, D.C.

The facilty was clean, quiet and very accommodating. I traveled with a toddler and a baby, and I was able to get a crib at no extra cost. The entire staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was ok, but there were limited options.

Very clean, nice room, very nice staff working there!!, well presented breakfast area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Just a couple of things but no fault of the hotel! First was since I had no car during this trip so I Googled to find a hotel that had a shuttle service. My fault for not phoning or emailing to confirm this. They used to have one but no longer do. Not their fault as they said they haven’t been able to get it off of Google. But their lovely staff let me know about the bus service very close by which was easy to use and able to take me to and from the Metro subway. Also the first night I had a rowdy group in the room next to mine. But no fault of the hotel and I was impressed that they dealt with it as soon as they realised it was a problem.

The beds were super comfortable! Got a good night rest every night and the hotel is off the street so it was quiet every night. The cleaning crew did an awesome job and cleaned our room every day.

Breakfast was boring and no options; all bread no protein options except half cooked sausages everyday. No toppings for the waffles. Provide peanut butter or fruit topping. Only fruit option was apple and hard oranges. At least serve bananas.

We just stayed for the night and arrived very late, yet still my husband and I felt safe in the area. Parking area was well lighted and the place was calm and peaceful. The bed is clean and comfortable which made me sleep in.

We booking this hotel for DC visit with family and friends and booked this hotel little far from DC city, however hotel room are good and it's quite location, near to metro, also breakfast is good.

It would be awesome if this have a swimming pool .

The front desk staff that checked us in was Outstanding. The Housekeeping staff in the morning was Outstanding as well! The people here are simply at the top of their game. Very friendly, Exceptionally Helpful!

Just some minor things NOT worth mentioning.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was great also.

I had to leave early because of a family emergency. A partial refund would have been nice.

This was a nice little place. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the heat lamp in the bathroom that kept it warm after you get out of the shower. There were a few hairs around the room but aside from that it was nice and clean. The beds and pillows were comfy and there was no noise from other people. They have free breakfast but we didn’t have time to grab anything though it looked like there were several options. Overall pretty good experience. I would definitely stay here again.
