I loved this hotel it’s clean and nice, other than that there was a museum and everything was so clean and the staff was so nice, good food, restaurant very nice, and clean nice people. Next time I come to Maryland, Baltimore I will come here! Trust me there is not fake pictures on google it’s not fake clean and it’s real I love the location because it was close by the University of Maryland, anyone who travels to University of Maryland, choose this hotel!

Pros: Our 4-night, 5-day stay in the King Suite was overall a great experience. This hotel is more than just a place to sleep—it's an entire experience. The room was clean, and while there were no washers, dryers, or microwaves in the suite, the laundry area on our floor was free to use, and there was a microwave available in the gift shop. One of the highlights was the two-level art gallery located inside the hotel—beautiful, engaging, and well worth the time. The on-site restaurant served good food, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. For fitness lovers, the gym felt like a mini Planet Fitness—spacious and well-equipped. There’s also a lot to explore across the property, making it feel more like a retreat than just a stay.

Cons: The shower lacks a sliding door, which caused water to splash onto the floor—we had to place towels down to catch the water, and the toilet was uncomfortably low. The bed, although firm and durable, was not ideal for anyone with back issues. The living room furniture, especially the rusty work desk, is overdue for an upgrade. The carpet was clean but had visible stains, which took away slightly from the otherwise clean feel of the room. Final Thoughts: Despite a few drawbacks, we truly enjoyed our time here and definitely would return. The hotel offers a great balance of comfort, amenities, and cultural enrichment. B+ overall

Nice room, but bedroom was kinda small. Gorgeous looking hotel. Had an art gallery. Also, had assessible room - roll.in shower - wonderful and easy to reach shower products.

Room didn't have microwave. Parking garage wasn't connected to building I was in. Walk wasn't too long but had to carry luggage ftom garage to building snd I have back issue. Maybe consider valet parking.

Cleanliness and the amenities. Easy to get to with GPS and in a great location. Trey the front desk staff member was excellent A+ customer service.

Side doors to conference center area not having key code entry opportunities. Not more parking for traveling families with larger vehicles but the front desk took care of us and you do have a solution. I think you could have more spaces especially with this location so close to University of Maryland.

didn't have breakfast. location was perfect for the event. had wine at the bar the night before. good wine-don't know how much it coasr becasue i only kept the overall charge for wind + flatbread.

when I went to the room called 'vending', expecting to find sodas and/or candy bars etc, I found only ice and a microwave.

The person that checked us in was exceptional. Kindness, eye contact, and sharing important details made him exceptional. He even greeted our children! The room was beautiful and clean as well. It's the kind of place you'd want to live in! Gorgeous!!!

There was very little to dislike. We needed to use the pull out couch for our children. There was no bedding in the room for that. We called and they immediately corrected it. There were also dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We abandoned ours to use them only to find that they were all empty.

Staff was great, room was clean. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Seeing as the building is split there is only 1 reception desk. I would have loved to be able to check out in the same building my room was in rather that walking across the courtyard. It would be nice to have someone on the main floor available for questions rather than walking to the main building.

Staff went above and beyond, especially when raining, they walked me to my car with an umbrella. Loved the concierge lounge. Very nice and convenient.

I really liked this hotel. I’m very much into clean spaces and this met my expectations. So keep that up! For our purpose in DC the location was perfect, as we had a car. The ladies at breakfast were lovely, really nice and good at their job. Some of the staff working the bar at night could be more welcoming. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Great location to Maryland games

We have stayed here for all the games and this is the first time we were disappointed. Knowing you were expecting a large crowd you were not prepared in the bar area? Service was awful people were leaving because they couldn’t get service. Took us 30 minutes to get our tab, Manager kept blaming it on a large crowd wasn’t listening to a thing we were saying.
