The bed was very comfortable, see next question for the pillows. The room and air con control system was good.

The bed pillows were too soft an option for harder pillows should be made available, or if they were, I couldn't find them. USB ports for charging phones would solve any issues with country specific power adaptors.

The front desk person was nice. The property was clean. I did pay more than I would have expected for this level accommodations but overall my experience was good.

No elevator in the area I stayed so having to drag my luggage up the stairs.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They helped with a personal issue that was stressful.

The rug could have been cleaner or replaced. The shampoo and other bottles looked like they had been used. Breakfast was horrible, and it was a lot better the last time I stayed at this hotel. I wouldn't advertise it unless you make changes.

No freezer in the fridge to refreeze the ice block for the cooler we travel with.

My room was on the top floor, last room to stairs and laundry room. Long walk back to elevators. Why the keep placing women in the obscure locations I will never know?
