The room was clean and very nice. Marvin the maintenance man went above and beyond to fix our issue with the room. Had a good breakfast for a free breakfast and was happy with it. The staff was very friendly

The elevator was extremely small it barely fits the carrier for your bags also there is a step on one of the entrances not the main entrance it's off to the left of the main door the step is extremely steep an it can easily hurt someone big time my husband almost hurt himself there an there are no signs it's just a gaint step might wanna look into that an the smell of the bathroom smelled like sewage but overall good decent place to stay the house keeping crew is extremely friendly!

Cons: Location – Situated in a suburb rather than downtown Washington, so it’s a bit far from major attractions. Expensive taxis – Getting to/from the city can be costly, especially during peak hours. Unpleasant smell – The breakfast area had an off-putting odor during my stay. Noisy housekeeping – Cleaning staff were loud in the mornings, which could disturb guests. Verdict: A practical choice for budget-conscious travelers with a car, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

The beds and pillows were more comfortable than the ones I have at home. We slept really well. The room is spacious and clean as well as the bathroom . There was a microwave, an empty mini fridge, a hair dryer and a iron and iron board. And also a Keurig to prepare coffee or tea. The breakfast had a good variety and it's a plus like the free parking. Staff at front desk were good too. I will definitely consider this hotel next time I visit DC.

The view of the room. There were trees . I would had preferred the view to the parking lot but it was for one night so it was ok . I didn't want to complain because it wasn't so important.

Staff in general were very nice. Tammy, an assistant manager, was very helpful when I was worried about a very late check in. The room was large with a view of a small patio. The beds were crisp and clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was abundant. There were four hot dishes, a waffle maker, fresh fruit both whole and cut up pineapple and melon, many bread and cereal choices, juices and a very good brewed coffee with real half and half as one option. There was also a decaf and hot water for tea. The price was low and I felt overall I got good value for my money.

I never got my wake up call at 5:00 AM. I woke at 6:00 AM. As you enter from one side there is a weed infested lot which may or may not belong to Wyndham.

Beds were comfy. Staff was nice. Good breakfast selection. Room was clean.

There was no functional onscreen guide to show what the channels were or what shows were playing. Additionally, the card with channels printed on it wasn’t accurate. Only one small waste can in the room and the elevator was so small the luggage trolly barely fit in it with one person. We booked our room on booking.com and for some reason it didn’t communicate with your system so we didn’t get the room that we booked. The staff was very nice about finding us a different room but instead of two king beds we got one king and one queen

Nice big breakfast that was included with the room, had alot of variety. I was travelling in a group of three and the beds were immaculate, large and comfortable with good fixtures and fittings in the room and bathroom. Due to how comfortable it was we decided to stay an extra day. The hotel was 2 minutes drive away from a shopping centre and walmart for food and other amenities.

Bit crowded at breakfast, had trouble finding places to sit on occassion, Our room had an extra air con machine attached to the window, this was an aftermarket addition and allowed some outside noise into the room such as heavy traffic.

It was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was the best of the ones we have had in other hotels.

The distance because we spent a lot of time in the traffic.

Hello this was my family & I first time @ this hotel… omg it was so amazing. Everything about this hotel was above & beyond. The staff was very friendly.. especially Tammy, Marsha & Monicka. It was so warming & I never stayed or been to a hotel where they accommodate you with a popcorn machine @ the door. Breakfast was everything you could ask for, again I never been to a hotel that had grits & corn beef hash as a breakfast selection. I would recommend this place to everyone & yes we will be back again.

I just don’t like the staff who are in there in the receptionist who doesn’t know how to give a good customer service. Like us who just arrived from a long drive and doesn’t even smile . I also asked for a shampoo which we didnt have as soon as we arrived in the room , all were tired from a long travel.kept asking us twice as if we lied that there were no shampoo in the room and asked us to come down to get it from the receptionist as if our fault that there were no shampoo placed in the room.
