Room was very clean and bed linens were fresh and smelled great. Any staff we encountered were very courteous and friendly. It was outside DC enough to where it wasn't a pain to park or get away from the city to sleep but also wasn't a pain to get back in to the city via Uber.

The surprise $100 "damage deposit" that isn't listed anywhere in the initial booking page or confirmation. We were concerned as this was above and beyond the price of the room which we had already paid for as soon as we checked in and there was no prior notice that this would be necessary. We are above 30 and not untrustworthy young people so I felt it was dodgy to blindside your guests at check in knowing their only option is to stay and accept this charge or go home as no other places would be affordable enough to stay last minute. I will happily update the review once it is either refunded or I get a reply from the hotel confirming whether I can expect it back. This could change my overall rating completely.

The location was excellent and the place was clean

The laundry service only one wash machine worked and one dryer the other ones were broke When we left to go to a funeral I asked the front desk agent about getting my room cleaned. The reply I got was you're only here for two nights and we don't normally clean those rooms. I just left it alone

The location of the hotel was perfect- right off 495 and near 3 Metro stops.

The breakfast was non existent - the 1st day only waffles and bread were available. We went out for breakfast the next 3 days. The housekeeping staff did not respond when asked to provide services. We has to get fresh towels from the front desk each day.

Reception staffs and other staffs are very cooperative and friendly . You can get all the information from the front desk . Quiet area , accessible .

It was not a quiet room .. we could hear the drive thorough announcement from the street, people talking and music from the corridor . People in next room talking and occasional vang on the walls

I love the night and morning desk receptionist. They were the best help we came in late and was able to get us in our room seemless there was a 100 deposit which expected and he explained it very well . In the morning we had questions about brakefast and Glenn gave us all the info the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable and the ac worked great being tho maryland was so hot that weekend the 3rd floor was very quite and we slept great thank you we will be back again

The house keepers can use some work we had to keep telling front desk about them

The propery was super close to the venue that I was going to for a sold out concert. It made getting to and from easier. The room was spacious with two king beds. There were late night food options in walking distance. Staff was friendly.

When I went to take a shower, I found two used hotel soap bars on the one shower shelf. The hotel shampoo was fine, but the conditioner had a weird texture. Not sure how old it was to look like that. Made me wonder if there was anything else missed during cleaning/restocking.

The overall experience

The shower. Even though I reserved a handicap room by mistake, the shower head didn't work properly. Also, I couldn't access any movie channels which I thought or is usually included

the easy check-in and out. the convenience of being able to use a debit card if you do not have a credit card. I also like the fact that it is right next to a 7-Eleven not just next to a bunch of restaurants but a 7-Eleven where it’s like a convenient store but I can you know get warm food if I don’t want to go to an actual food restaurant.

The thin walls. maybe sound proofing would help.

I needed to get a good piece of mind and get a good price for a room and country inn was just what I got thank you so much, I need another room for the night can you please help me 🙏👍🙏👍💯
