We booked this because we had a concert at Echostage. For this, it was a great value. Rooms were comfortable and big. Helpful staff.

Not in the best neighborhood, you shouldn’t walk anywhere. Far from everything besides Echostage. Subpar breakfast.

Hotel was very accommodating and the front desk staff was very helpful. Jamie (i think if i remember correctly) went above and beyond and let me borrow a mouse and Ethernet cable for my hotel room. 10/10 would recommend to stay at this hotel

Room showed a good deal of wear and tear; somewhat challenging to get into the parking lot; surprised by parking fee

Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Maid service daily. Microwave and mini fridge in room which was great it saved us a bunch of money . We got groceries from Safeway via Door dash. Coffee maker in room. NO TEA BAGS . So if you are a tea drinker bring your own . Free breakfast was good . They offer scrambled eggs, pork and turkey sausage, bagels and cream cheese, toast and jam, cereal, yoghurt, muffins and apple and orange juice. There is a McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Checkers and a Chinese food restaurant across the street. Location was a 40 minute public transit ride to NATIONAL MALL. Which didn't bother us cause we use public transit when we travel. Staff was very accommodating. Front desk receptionist Wanda was AMAZING. I would definitely stay here again. Great value . Highly recommend.

Very clean overall, both the room as well as the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room, with all the basic things you'd expect. Staff were very kind and helpful, absolutely everyone. Breakfast was included, and so was the gym facilities in there. The reception staff also gave me a list of restaurants and joints around the area worth trying out which was great.

The breakfast selection is a bit limited, and the eggs quite dry and not that amazing taste. The sausages also weren't of the best kind. Absolutely nothing was "bad" per se, but you could tell they were the cheapest ingredients, which is fair enough, as this isn't a fancy hotel by any length. The gym facilities were also very very basic, with a handful of machines at most, but they were there which is more than other places can say at that price. Unfortunately the location is its biggest negative point, as it's completely outside of the city basically, 15m drive from the city depending on where you are.

Don't put ur room key next to your phone or your gonna spend half the night in the lobby getting it replaced

Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, yogurt, good coffee and friendly, accommodating staff. Room was spotless and inviting. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, hairdryer, amenities, etc.

It’s hard to think of something but… the bathroom door was squeaky when closed & could wake up a sleeper in the room? Eggs & sausage could be hotter at breakfast..? Having to pay for parking when there was a big empty lot right outside our window was a little excessive but I realize it is typical of the hotels in DC

The location was good. Our room was clean and the staff were great! Very attentive to our needs, customer service oriented! A special shout out to Heather! The room we were initially given, the water in the shower was scolding hot! We could not figure out how to get it cold or lukewarm. I told the front desk, they immediately sent the maintenance man to check it out. He couldn't resolve the problem. He said a plumber would have to fix it. Once the front desk was notified, they immediately took action to put us in another room. Customer service at its best! ❤️
