Location is great to reach the major attractions in DC. It may not be bang in the middle of city, but for the money you pay, this is perfect. Being on the side of a major road, its hard to miss, not hidden in some alley way. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. After a whole day of walking, you'll be waking up fresh as a cucumber.

Could do better on cleanliness of the room, especially of the floor. I took off my shoes, walked around the room barefoot for about 2 minutes arranging luggage. When I stepped into the bath tub, I could see black dirt coming off of my feet. That was a downer.

The property was in a safe location. The rooms were very clean. The sheets and towels were very clean. It had free parking. It was close to the metro. There was a 7-Eleven nearby and a five guys restaurant. I will stay here again. I love this place and I love the people.

The hotel was very noisy due to its location next to a busy road and train tracks — it was hard to sleep without earplugs. It’s also about a mile from the nearest Metrorail station, which made it inconvenient to get to the airport with luggage. In addition, there was no safe in the room, which was disappointing for storing valuables.

The room was clean with clean towels, a working t.v., plenty of space and close to the metro subway, restaurants, a 7-11 convienence store in a safe area. Free parking right outside my door, free morning coffee and nice and quite! Friendly staff who speak English, Spanish and Hindi. I had a bath tub; which I love and 2 big beds. Plenty of clothes hangers and extra locks on the door. I have stayed here before and will again. Great price and well worth it! Daily house keeping, too!

The room was clean, had clean bedding and towels, the staff was kind and housekeeping did a great job! I will be back later this year and will stay here again. Has free parking and close to Metro and 7-11 and five guys and McDonalds!

I am a YouTuber from Kuwait and Traveling with my wife. I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. The location of the Hotel is very near to Metro Station. The hotel is within Walking Distance away from Union Market and Union Station. The rooms of the Hotel are very basic and come with free car parking. We got Free Coffee Every Morning but you can hot up your foodstuff in the Microwave in the reception area. My Check-in Time is at 3:00 PM but I have reached the Hotel at 9:00 AM. The owner of the Hotel helps me with the early check-in. You must visit Union Market Place, it is a great place for food lovers. It is a good Budget Hotel.

The only Problem with this hotel is it is very near to the Railway lines and During the Nighttime you can hear train noise. This Hotel is on the Road sometimes due to a lot of Traffic it becomes difficult to take out your car.

The breakfast is not included but coffee is which is located in the reception area. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the main attractions of Washington DC which was very convenient. When we needed extra towels because there were 4 of us, they were provided to us right away.

Very close to the city center. Restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations are also nearby. The accommodation experience was very good.
