The front desk Kory was very welcoming, Our room was facing the road at first, he switched it to a quieter room. Shuttle can take you to Metro, We opted to walk, took about 10-15 min, passing Trader Joe. The kitchen is good to have.

The heater in both living and bedroom were very noisy like tractors. I had to turn it off to go to bed, thanks god the weather was not too cold during our stay. The location is not in walking distance to the sightseeing place. For the price and square footage, it was good.

I really liked the convenient location near Union Market and shops, the free shuttle to Union Station, and how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel felt a bit outdated, and after staying 5 days, the breakfast became repetitive with limited variety. Also, the location does not have immediate public transport access, so the shuttle was essential.

We stayed for 2 nights in the king suite with kitchen and we liked our stay there. The front-desk staff was friendly and cooperative. The room was clean, spacious than we expected, and everything that we needed was there. There's a free self-service laundry which was quite handy. The included breakfast was good with a decent spread, and the shuttle service to and from nearby metro station was convenient as the hotel is around a 10-min walk to the nearest bus stop.

Clean and super friendly staff. As usual Jasmine and her front desk staff were awesome and so helpful. There is breakfast in the morning if you want it. They have a shuttle bus and washing machines in the 3rd floor. Gym in the 2nd floor. They are right next to union square which has so many different restaurants to eat at, at all different price points . Trader Joe’s and Starbucks 5 minutes away. Train station is 10 minutes walk.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is located near a Union Market, a large food hall.

We arrived early just to drop off our bags, but there was no one at the front desk. We did find an employee cleaning the breakfast area, but all she could tell us was to wait. we ended up waiting about 15 minutes.

I loved the staff they made our stay. Especially Cory He was so nice and accommodating that the fears I had about not being able to get around and he made us feel at home it was concierge service at it's best

The bedroom suite was perfect for myself and family. We were 5 of us. We had 2 double beds with a sofa bed. The room had a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, hob and microwave. A desk which I could work on and all necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful too in directing us except for 1 Lady. Free shuttle services to and from Union station as and when a bonus

Only rude receptionist Lady who was unhelpful. Messed up the effort of all the other friendly staff.

Love the kitchen with dishes provided. Really made the stay easy. Loved the shuttle. Saved tons of money on Uber. Love the breakfast bar and access to water and coffee 24 hours.

Housekeeping neglected to provide enough toiletries after replacing those used in room. Had to call for hand soap towels and toilet paper.

A good breakfast was included including waffles that you could make yourself. In-room facilities include a fridge, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. The beds were quite comfortable and the sofa bed was sufficient for a short stay for a family of five. The receptionist and staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a shuttle service to Union Station which is fairly central to DC

On one side of the property, seems like it may not be as safe to walk through at night. but from the main road seems quite safe. No room service but allows Uber Eats and other delivery

The breakfast was amazing. Everyday there were Potatoes and Eggs and some kind of sausage. There was a wide range of things to choose from. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The shuttle needs to be able to take its guest to the National Mall. A one mile zone is not big enough. Also they need a shuttle to the airport. This was not offered and so we spent a lot of money on Ubers.
