The staff were lovely! Always happy to see you and had a lovely chat with every single one of them. Lovely comfortable little apartment. Very comfortable bed. The gym had sufficient equipment.

All of the TVs are names the same on airplay so you can't link your device and cast to it unless you try to brute force it and try connecting to every single one. The problem with this is that everyone else is also doing the same so if by some miracle you find your actual TV, a random code will pop up on your TV every so often with other people trying to do the same. I would recommend the staff going through all of the rooms and changing the names of each TV to the room number in which each stands. No towels provided in the kitchen to dry hands or washed up items (they only provide one dish washer tablet) so we took one from the bathroom. The gym was set to 72ºF which is a little warm to be working out in. It got quite hot.

This was one of the best apt accommodation I so far had in DC area. Almost new, equipped fully, clean, bed super comfortable. Easy access thanks to the electronic codes. Any issues (had just 1, logged TV account) was solved by friendly staff within few minutes - that was impressive. Though the place was lively - there are about 11 or 12 apartments on 5 floors - you could not hear your neighbors. The main entrance is on main road, but that is also not an issue. I really liked it - including the every day lollipops :)

Nothing to say, really. Few minor things could be added to the kitchen (extra trash bags, wine glasses) but you can easily survive with the equipment present there already.

I liked the view at the penthouse and it was clean. I liked that Staff was responsible, when my Friend called about a situation, it was resolved right away.

My room was close to the elevator. I could hear Guests outside my room talking in the hallway. But I was ok with it. But if someone else wanted really quiet at night that’s my tip just ask for another room at this hotel. In front of this hotel is pretty busy with cars so if you’re being picked up by an uber I would recommend maybe finding an easier location to meet your uber Driver.

The quality of the apartment, the furniture, and the equipment; everything was brand new (some of the equipment still has plastic wrap), the bathroom is equipped with an extractor fan, and the whole apartment has air conditioning (heating and cooling). I was on the 5th floor, and the view was very nice. Everything was super clean. The check-in process was very straightforward. The kitchen was well-equipped (oven, stove w/ extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and met all my needs.

About the apartment, just one small suggestion: besides the liquid soap under the sink, it'd be good to also have a dishwashing sponge. The location is good as it is central and has good public transport accesses (3min walk to bus, 15min walk to Union Station metro/train), but the area is a bit dangerous; I highly recommend that if you take the bus, you do not use the "North Capitol St NW & P St NW" bus stop for security reasons. I recommend using the "North Capitol St NW & Pierce St NW" bus stop.

Place was clean, spacious, well equipped.

Location is not ideal, specially re-enterkng late at night.

This was the perfect place in the perfect place. The location of this lodging is exactly where you want to be in Washington DC. It’s walkable to so many things and accessible for so many things. Everything in the house is well done comfortable and clean. My favorite part of the entire stay, was the proximity to big bear Café And everything over by the REI. Beds are comfortable plenty of everything you need in the house whether you wanted drip coffee or anything else you needed was there.

There was a serious flaw in the check-in procedure. The access code to the room was emailed to us on the morning we were supposed to check-in. Basically they sent us the information we needed while we were already on the airplane and we do not have access to our email on our phones. While we can access our email server across the Internet using our proprietary VPN, that VPN capability is not on our phones. If it wasn't for the kindness of the security personal, we would not have been able to check in at all. My wife pointed out that the water in one of the bathrooms never got really hot. The sink cabinet was pulling away from the wall in the room as well.

The facilities inside are really nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the living area was very nice. Felt very comfortable in the accomodation itself. I would've loved to stay longer as I only really got to discovering more of the NoMa area upon my leaving date and there seemed to be a bit to explore and see.

I had some difficulty with the code - I only received it after I arrived at the accomodation which was a little stressful when catching the train to an unfamiliar city but I was able to seek help from the staff.

The apartment is really clean and good condition. The bed is comfortable to sleep. We connected to Netflix and watched some movies. The location is next to the Washington Downtown around of 10-15 minutes.

In the apartment you will not find the spices for cooking and any oil. That is really bad. Me and my wife felt that the location is in criminal streets, because it’s next to weeds stores and with liquor store, where everyday a lot of drunk, noisy and suspicious people. That is why we tried to avoid any connections with them and tried to come at apartment as early as we can.
