The location was perfect for visiting the museums. It's walkable to those and to a great restaurant. The staff was great and apologized for the delay. The valet parking guy was wonderful! He really went above and beyond.

The delay getting into the room due to housekeeping cleaning it past the check in time so we ended up sitting in the lobby waiting.

The staff was the friendliest group of people I've ever met. The hotel was nice, but they really stole the show! Check in was a breeze thanks to Stephanie and the manager (didn't get his name, tall/young). The entire stay the staff was offering to take group photos of us, laughing with us, being really kind even when they were super busy. I wish every hotel had people like that.

Our room wouldn't drain water from the sink or bathtub quickly. We didn't let anyone know until our last day because we didn't want to bother anyone on a busy weekend. Wasn't a big deal for us.

In the room is included dish detergent, one dish cloth and paper towels, but there is no sponge available. Laundry is 2,00 per load (same price for drying). We had a problem with the safe deposit box and the hotel solved it very quickly. All the personnel were very kind and clear with the explanations and help we asked. This hotel has a very good cost-benefit relation, and I would stay there again. Rooms are spacious, but they provide only one chair, what is little for a family travelling. We bought frozen and ready-to-eat food at the Safeway supermarket across the avenue in front of the hotel and prepared easily at night.

Since it is very central, you hear many sirens all day and night passing through the avenue of the hotel, but if you want to stay close to everything as this hotel is, this is a small price to pay.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms/suites were very nice and clean. We went for my grandsons Family Weekend, who is a freshman at Catholic University of America. We booked 3 suites and we all had great experiences. What can I say about the layout of the breakfast, Fantastic and tasty. Variety of everything!! We will definitely be returning since we miss our baby terribly but very supportive of his successful and productive educational experience and community! The location was very nice. Thank you Homewood Suites, they don't disappoint!

Reality set in! It was time to leave..smile! Back to school and work.

The people working there are repectfull. Space was big (35 m²), which is a luxury for someone living in Paris. I have appreciated that the studio was exactly according to what I have booked. It is very calm inside (room to room), even if you cannot miss the sound of ambulances and police from the streets (that's US sound). The dishes for the breakfast were changing every day, which is great. The elevators were quick. The TV was big, and with HDMI plugs. The bed was as hard (comfortable) as I like it. The fridge was clean as brand new. It is very close to a supermarket.

I did not check the functionalities of my microwave oven (my fault), and then I purchased a pizza to cook it inside. But there was no grill included in my microwave oven...

Location was great. The room size is wonderful and perfect for a couple or family! The kitchenette is also a nice touch!

The service wasn’t the greatest. Room service doesn’t really clean. Just replace your towels and fix the sheets, but it was very obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet and after a week stay, it started to feel not the cleanest in our bathroom…

Close to the convention center management was very kind and the staff were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, food was great! Also enjoyed the kitchen in the room being provided with a few essentials to cook and eat with, helped out when we needed them.

Few things they could improve, separate area for the waffles in the morning. Would make it much easier for those not getting them to access things like the toaster or oatmeal. The room we stayed in was nice, but the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there were a few things that were worn and not repaired. Broken lamp shade, makeup stain on the carpet. Could just tell things have been worn out over time. Kinda turned us off of the room a bit. The television in the room would also go in and out of signal. Which was a pain sometimes when we just wanted noise or were watching a show and then couldn’t watch it. This could’ve been due to the weather, so not sure if that is normal for them.

The room was lovely. I liked the quality of the picture and sound of the tv, and the lighting in the room. There was good spacing for my things, and a nice clean bathroom. I loved having a spot for my leftovers in the fridge after eating out. The breakfast was good and hot, with delicious waffles. The location was easy to travel to and from the convention center, as well as nearby restaurants and stores.

The coffee at breakfast seemed lukewarm, like it hadn't been changed out. Sometimes the room would be very cold from the ceiling fan overhead, which made sleeping a bit tough. I was a bit surprised by a security deposit for incidentals, but they assured me it would be taken off once I checked out. PS, their wi-fi is only free if one becomes a member of HiltonHonors. Although joining that is free, so it's your choice.

The property was clean and near Capital One Arena. We liked having access to a kitchen to cook a few meals.

The property features full kitchens in the rooms. Our room did not have all the kitchen tools for cooking. No Spatulas and serving tools. Also there was only one chair in the room. There should be two chairs. Usually two people will stay in a King size room. I sat on the trash can to eat my food while my husband sat in the chair.

The breakfast was really surprisingly delicious. The coffee was great too.

Valet service took entirely too long! Sat in my car for 25 minutes. I called before hand and asked if I needed to check in first or just pull up for valet. I was advised valet would be outside waiting to take my car. They were not! I called twice and was told to wait. Then someone finally approached me and told me to park on the side and check into the hotel first.
