Booked this hotel after hearing great reviews about it and it did not disappoint! My husband and I visited DC for a concert at Capital One Arena and it was less than a 10 minute walk over. We received two glasses of champagne and complementary bottles of water upon check in. The staff was warm, helpful and very friendly. Our room was very cozy and spotless. The lighting was a little dark but we didn't spend much time in there anyways. We had a great nice sleep, as the beds were super comfortable and the little bedside tables with USB plugs were very convenient. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the DC area.

Valet parking was an available option and the attendant was very friendly, but the price of $60 to park our car overnight is extremely expensive, even for a nice hotel. We ended up opting for parking at an independent lot adjacent from the hotel for half the price.

Hip, contemporary vibe. Has a destination roof top bar that gives it another level of cache. Front desk staff helpful and welcoming. Happily printed some paperwork from my email that I needed for work. Rooms were smartly-appointed with high-end refrigerator and a bathroom I'd love to have in my own house. The windows were sparkling clean as well which may go unnoticed by some but to me was a sign the management paid attention to detail in the maintenance of the overall property. The cleaning staff were pleasant and attentive. I did not purchase the breakfast nor use the gym so will not comment on those amenities. This was my second stay at this property and I will definitely be returning. Tremendous value for the room rate.

Location was not bad except for parking. It was on a busy corner so sirens could be heard all day and night. The rooms were simple but nicely designed. Chose for one because the floors were wood/tile rather than carpet and we had a small dog. While the hotel website references pet friendly, there is a fee for bringing your pet that I didn't see online. If you are interested in nightclub experience, there is one on the top floor of the hotel. The clubbers come through the hotel's main entrance, but are met by club management and steered to a specific elevator to be taken directly to the club floor only. It's well managed.

Breakfast at $18 per day was still more continental that expected for the price. Options were limited. Parking was horrible. Hotel allows an 'independent' valet company to operate in the lobby. Valet service is $60/day. Hotel sits on a standard street corner with no drive-up entrance to the door. The valet is curbside parking on the city street then carry your bags to the uncovered entrance.

Nice property, modern, good location, close to stores, awesome shower and restroom which is a big deal to me.

Honestly have no complaints about the property itself other than no onsite laundry access. I was disappointed because I chose the hotel due to the rooftop for the 4th of July. Turns out there was a private event for $200.00 that I had no idea about until the evening of the 4th. They had very little turnout but the guest were stuck out unless they wanted to pay that $200. Had I known earlier I could have made other plans.

I love the room does not have carpet, it feels so much cleaner. The bathroom is bright and clean. Bed is clean and comfy. Staff is super nice and friendly. Location is AMAZING. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes walk away, a lot of nice restaurant within 15 minutes walking distance. We parked at a public parking garage that is about 5 minutes walk away.

We did not have a view, we were facing directly to the building next to us and people working in the office. The AC is a little weird, it keeps turning off. Luckily we were there during the winter time, so it didn’t bother us too too much. And the system had a little issue on our check out day. Room service kept knocking on our door and wanting to clean our room because they system showed we are already checked out which we clearly arent. We decided to go to inform the reception after the cleaning staff knocked on our door 3 times since 9 am. They told us it was a mistake and we checked out successfully at 11 am.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. It is within walking distance of many different restaurants, shops, bars, and other attractions. The hotel also has a rooftop bar which was a perfect Saturday hangout spot for my large group. The food was delicious. The hotel rooms were perfect for my stay - very comfortable, updated, modern, and cozy. I will be back!

This is my favorite property to stay when I’m in town for work. I work remotely and my company office is in DC and our remote team stays at the AC. We love the convenient location, super friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms, the warm feel of the lobby and the fun rooftop bar! Every time we are able to stay at the AC, it is great!

Hotel was upscale,clean,modern and in an excellent location to restaurants.

I had breakfast included in my booking but hotel charged my bill for breakfast and I had to request a credit. I only received a partial credit because they lost some of they paperwork that I signed for each day. I called the manager and she stated that I would receive another credit in 3 to 5 days. I am still waiting for the credit.

The overall feel of the hotel met my standards and the front desk staff was very accommodating.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I didn’t get much sleep during my stay. I also requested wash clothes and towels to my room. Staff did not leave enough time for me to respond to his knock before entering my room on their own accord. As a solo female traveler that makes me very uncomfortable and I took extra measures to make sure my door was securing locked at night
