The Room was very clean and modern with a super comfy bed and nice bathroom. I appreciated the coffee machines and fridge, as well as the nice view from my window. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the main (big) lobby bar had great food and drinks with very friendly service! The hotel is also very well located to see sights with a subway station close by.

Sadly the 12th floor 24 hour lounge was closed the week I was there, but I don't hold that against them at all. The only thing that was annoying was having to sign up an account with the hotel to access the Wifi. It was doubly annoying as you then needed to select options that were a little confusing as it said it cost, but was free to members. Over the last 5 years I've stayed at 25 hotels and none have required payment or accounts login for free wifi!

I did appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Since this was my first time at a hotel like this, it was really appreciative to know that I can ask questions. The Cafe options were very delectable as well. As a female traveler, it was very comforting to know that even the elevators were key card accessible only.

My family member and I had an event to go to that lasted late into the night, it would've been helpful to see if the dining options (inside the hotel) were minimal(having light meals) instead of opting to do delivery. For the price I paid-as well as being a first time bonvoy member and first time guest-i would've liked the wifi and meal options to be a little more accommodating. It was a little disappointing to know that it was only for elite members and up.

Location and cleanness of the hotel but parking was huge issue for me.

Lack of Co-ordination with maintainance. The room I was asigned was not able to be opened because of the dead sensor door battery. It should be checked before guest came in and I was back and forth changing the card key if that was wrogly activated but the issue was dead door sensor batterty. Beyond that everything was great !!! Definately Recommended and I like to appriciate the staff members helping me to resolve the.check in issue and made my stay great after they.changed me to another room. Thank you for the staff actively support.

The employees at this hotel are phenomenal The bellmen went above and beyond to make our entrance and exit as seamless as possible The valet staff were exceptional Housekeeping were constantly on floor somewhere and did an excellent job of respecting our request for privacy but still making sure we didn’t go without Restaurant workers and bar area also were amazing and gift shop as well We definitely plan to attend this convention every year and this is the place we want to stay !!!

Nobody explained the daily $25 destination charge, not the agent who checked us in, not the Concierge staff, and not the Booking.com site. I thought it was like a local luxury tariff — until it was too late to use. Shame on Marriott — and maybe on Booking.com! Our room was a little wanting considering the price. The refrigerator was useless — it could only stay on for 2 hrs at a time and then needed to be restarted. That meant we had to get lots of ice and turn it into an ice chest to store medication that needed refrigeration!! Pretty useless system! Next, though it didn’t hurt our stay in the least, the headboard was actually peeling. Creepy!

Location, variety of restaurants inside the hotel with very flexible hours. Comfortable and clean room.

Parking is a nightmare. One valet was extremely rude! They "lost" our reservation; it was cancelled without my knowledge. This happened to several people who had booked queen bed rooms.

The gym was one of the top gyms we've ever been to in a hotel/resort environment. We travel at least a few times a month and we both were highly impressed with the two floor gym! Also, the staff was incredible. The front desk, the security, housekeeping and the food delivery people,....LOVED the location in proximity to great restaurants and all the sites to see.

Everything was actually great and a wonderful experience. Would have loved a bigger room that didn't kill the bank but was enough room....would like room service to stay open to midnight. We tried ordering at 10:40pm after returning from a night time tour and no one would answer. Thank goodness we had access to the M Lounge to grab some snacks but we were still hungry.

It was pretty clean. Liked the bathroom and its size, the lobby is impressive, daily cleaning service was great. Also the view outside was nice and the location was very convenient.

The double beds are a little small for two people, so be ready to cuddle close. I think the double room with double beds for 4 people is a little tight and the furniture was a little used.

We checked in super late. I called the property to let them know we would be in late. When we ch3cked in they referenced that call. I requested a room close to the M lounge since we were arriving lat3 and the really followed through .

M lounge was always fully stocked and staff was very friendly.

The hotel was close to the venue. Parking was a nightmare. Also, they locked the doors to the hallway from the convention center to the hotel prior to our event ending. We had to walk outside and around the building to get back in.
