The hotel allowed me to check in early, with a quick check-in and check-out process. The front desk service was decent. The breakfast is good, a buffet with a sufficient variety. There are breads, fruits, yogurt, boiled egges, cereals, omelets, along with coffe and milk. The room is well-sized, the bed is large and comfortable, with a sofa and work desk. There are power outlets and USB ports in almost every corner. As for location, it's close to the Walter E. Convention Center, just about a 2-block walk (less than 10 minutes). The Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro entrance is also nearby, about a 3-block walk (10-15 minutes). There are plenty of food options around the hotel due to very close to Chinatown, and it's convenient to find stores nearby like Safeway and Walgreens.

Because my room is on the 4th floor, so honking and sirens noises are clearly audible every night. Also, only one of the two elevators was in service at that time, which meant a bit of a wait for the elevator.

The staff was wonderful, from the valet, the front desk which I interacted with for 3 different shift. Shout out to my 2 night workers (males-wish I got their names) at that front desk!!! Even the breakfast staff was amazing and never let the food run out. Everything was clean and was as I expected.

Only 1 disappointment was the drop off space. I get it's in the city and they do have secured locked garage only accessible by the valet (like a inclosed garage camouflage. Lol). But your in the dead center of the city and there's a small drop off that hold 2 cars but your "technically" in the street. But I cant say it ruined my experience, just a little shocked; but Im not from the city. 😊

The staff were all really courteous and kind and helpful. Valet parking seemed like it was almost full but the nice man working there helped me get the last spot, which was SO kind because I had just driven a full day to get there...It was a little chaotic because there was a convention, but he made it happen. The room was also very clean and quiet. I was surprised at how relaxing it was, it was nice, and also close to good food.

Eh, there was a weird ding in the shower faucet, but it otherwise wasn't too bad.

Comfortable beds, very nice and friendly housekeeper, Breakfast was Great! Strawberry 🍓 Waffles, Western Omelets or Scrambled Eggs, hard boiled eggs, ceral, muffins, bread, bagels, Sausage, Bananas 🍌, Apples, Organizes, orange 🍊 or apple juice. Hot Oatmeal with brown sugar. Loved the variety of choices. Homemade cookies in evening at front desk. Key Card entry for security on elevator and bathrooms. Weight room and Laundry.

Loved everything about this hotel.

Hotel is located near Chinatown and there were lots of eateries within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and selections at the breakfasts had variety.

In one of our rooms, there was a muggy smell/odor each time we entered the room. It wasn't until the day of our check-out that we realized that there was a leak from the a/c and the carpet immediately below was soaked from the leak.

Very close; 5 minute walk to convention attending; staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, Rooms were clean ( a little small ) but that didn’t matter much. Yes you pay for daily parking, but, you call them when you need to step out.. they bring the car to the front entrance.. and you bring it back for them to park. Included in the parking fee! That was cool especially when you’re on the run. Overall amazing stay and we plan to continue booking whenever in the area in the future!! Oh I didn’t mention the FREE BREAKFAST!! Kids were HAPPY! They opened early enough for them to eat before we walked over to our convention center. Make your own waffle maker, toppings, all the good breakfast food!

We got an upgrade for our room because I am a booking.com member and the room was very nice and very big. They changed the towels every day and it was very clean. The staff was nice and I got messages on my phone asking if everything was okay. We had no problems at all. The breakfast was good for an American breakfast but as Europeans it lacked in variety. Nonetheless, the brekfast was good and had a lot of options for an American breakfast! They had freshly baked waffles, muffins, apples/bananas, sausage, egg, cereal, and yogurt.

The breakfast could be more but that is an issue of the American breakfast and not of the hotel. I stayed in several hotels around the US and this hotel had one of the best varities. The location of the hotel is pretty good but you have to walk a little to get to the museums for example but DC always comes with a lot of walking so it was not bad at all for us.

Location, breakfast was excellent, coffee available at all times, valet services were prompt, elevator was fast, room was very clean.

I had a robe that apparently got mixed in with some towels that was hanging on the same hook and I think it got taken with the towels (it was white). We were leaving before housekeeping came in so I did not get to speak with them about it. It is no great loss but just an inconvenience.

The location was great for our purpose. We were in town to catch a basketball game and it was a quick 5ish min walk over to the Capital One arena. The breakfast was great and the beds were very comfortable.

A few things were a little frustrating. The view from our room was a dumpster (which was fine since we were there just to sleep and only stayed 1 night), the valet parking garage was full when we arrived which was annoying because there were multiple sporting events happening. We didn’t pay in advance for parking because it wasn’t an option through this 3rd party, so we ended up having to self park a block away. (Which was much cheaper anyway)

We had a nice stay at this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, quiet. Staff was friendly. large space to take breakfast or the bar (but crowded in the morning as it is a big hotel). Bathroom was ok also. a good value for money.

In Washington, distances are pretty long, so the location is maybe not the best to visit. 30min walk to the mall, 20min to the white house, 25min to Union station. Breakfast was not as good as Hampton Inn Brooklyn, but still very correct
