staff are quite nice and doing their best to be helpful. I have stayed twice already. The room was good. The laundry room is well-maintained.

The noise at 12-5 AM in the hallways is not in staff's control. Wish it was quieter around that time but then again it's not the staff's fault that guests are not keeping it down in the hallways. paid Wifi was not great at times.

Clean. Lots of parking. air conditioning worked great. Big shower. Can cook in room which saved me a lot of money. Room size just right. Large microwave, large refrigerator.

That I could cook in he room. The bathroom spacious. When I checked in I loved the attendee and her mother very genuinely friendly. Willie was nice as well. .

I thought rooms were filled with cookware, plates cups and utensils.

Was a great hotel experience, pretty clean, close to stores and restaurants, the staff was super nice and helpful, coffee every morning at the lobby and the internet had a very good speed

The hotel said no smoking but some places like the elevator (mostly) smell like marihuana

I never received a breakfast, just coffee. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and the price was right.

There were not enough towels or wash cloths, and the towels were to small, when I requested more towels at the office the young women was a little impolite when she commented that she should charge me for something as a common little towel.

I really like the staff they are very professional at all times. Especially Niki she always greets with a beautiful smile 😍

I didn't like that some of the rooms are damage that's not the staff fault it's the people who don't appreciate the wonderful accommodations

Location, cleanliness, access to such shopping center with all stores to meet my needs.

I thought pots, pans cooking utensils would be provided but I had to buy more as mine were lock in PODS.

Oh I was only there one night, I had breakfast somewhere else. However, my room had a full kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, sink) so breakfast can be done that way. I don't know if they serve breakfast.

Everything was fine by me!

Pleasant staff. Very convenient location. Availability of clothe- washer and dryer, refrigerator, and cooking stove and microwave oven.
