I loved how the lobby was expensive and cozy at the same time. I loved the lobby staff, the door hop took my luggage outside from the car. He brought my luggage up to the desk to check in. He stood by till i got to the desk. The staff offered me this lemon water as they checked me in. It was supper quick and i was off to my room. The process was fabulous and quick to check in. The room was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. The view on the 19th floor was amazing. The restaurant was first class. I felt like I was rich, and the pancakes were amazing and the breakfast was a tad expensive but so worth it. For the service I received the price is well worth it. I mean the food was handed off to me by the manager. The woman who took my order she was on point and made sure she had my order and even had food suggestions to try. The oatmeal was some of the best.

Honestly besides the restaurant was a bit expensive but so worth it. I have nothing i didn't like. The only thing is that the rooms need an extension cord and more sockets i have a cpap and so did my roommate and I had to sleep on the sofa which was super comfy, there needs more sockets.

The location was great, although we had to pay for breakfast. I thought breakfast was included in the hotel deal. I really liked how the bathroom was, it was very clean! I like how they left us coffee so we could brew some the next day. The hotel staff were very friendly because I had lost my graduation ring at the pool and went down to the receptionist asking if they had found it and luckily they did! I was super excited! And thankful for the faculties!

The pool was fairly small, it had way too much chlorine. Our eyes were burning the moment we had stepped inside the pool room. The hotel view we got was quite interesting, we could only see other buildings beside us. The view wasn’t pleasant at all. My son was doing push-ups and saw a fingernail (an acrylic nail) under the bed. It was so disturbing, we even saw another one under the table.

Everything was great. I only wish that the receptionist upon our arrival was giving more information on the 25$ voucher we can use on a daily basis compensating the destination fee of 25$ per night plus tax. The girl told me the voucher was available on a daily basis but in fact it was equivalent to the number of nights we stayed . So we lost one day worth of voucher. Aside this, it was perfect and yes, it’s a bit more expensive than other places in the vicinity but worth it with the indoor pool especially for kids!

The hotel has a great position. Just minutes away from the National Mall, and in front of the silver line, which brings you directly to/from the airport. We got a corner room,very quiet. Overall, a nice stay!

These are just minor things, but I found some hair in the shower and on towels and bed linen. The mattress was a bit old: not soft enough to be properly soft, not hard enough to sleep comfortably on your belly.

Location was perfect for the purpose of my trip — close to both Warner Theatre and the Metro Center station. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was luxurious and included unique toiletries. Plenty of lighting and outlets were available. The breakfast at The Spotted Zebra was delicious. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy.

My only complaint was the water pressure of the shower was kind of weak.

Great location at the Metro Center station. Good restaurants nearby, especially Tatte Bakery & Cafe which has great food at reasonable prices. The staff were all very helpful, polite, and accessible.

The hotel charged us a $25 destination fee every day which for us added up to $125. The only possible benefit was a hop-on bus ticket for part of the family. Big rip off.

The room was very clean. Where the hotel was located at in comparison to the activities that we wanted to do was perfect. The metro train was right outside the hotel for us to catch if we wanted to. There was also electric bikes or scooters to rent at the end of the block from the hotel as well.

The hotel had construction going on and the main entrance was closed and had to enter through the Starbucks. Tiles were being replaced in the floor as well so it was loud in the lobby area at times. However the lobby was very clean and free of dust even though construction was taking place.

The cleanliness k on f the room/ shower was the best. No mold in shower. Love wooden floors in room. Bed was so comfy. Restaurant staff especially Andre waiter in Spotted Zebra a nd evening chefs were extremely accommodating. Location is great. We willl always stay here when we return to Washington. Will become e a member to get rewards. Keep up good work.

The room itself was great. It was located right next to the Metro Center stop of the Metro which mad commuting real easy. The staff went out of their way to help. Even had umbrellas for use during an unexpected rain event. Really friendly to one and all that I observed.

The room had a panel for the HVAC that was leaning against the opening, but not attached to the wall over the opening. Didn't check it until after already enjoying a good nights sleep.

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were great for families. The location is super convenient with the Metro at the corner and walking distance from all monuments.

The service at the restaurant. I think they were understaffed.
