Great walkable distance to a lot of the main sites in DC. Metro station across the street, if needed. Great breakfast! We had the choice to add in breakfast when booking... highly recommend! Great selection. If you purchase at the hotel, the price is more.

We did not have a warm shower. We contacted the desk who sent someone up. They were going to check the boiler. Never heard results and water seemed a bit colder. We stayed 5 days. The lady day we came again. Maintains came up quick. The gentleman knew the problem as soon as he turned the knob on the shower. It needed adjusting with an Allen wrench to turn farther. Fixed! Sadly too late to enjoy a nice shower. Wish the first guy would have known the problem.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown DC, with both a Metro and Bus stop directly across the street and reasonable walking distance to the National Mall, the White House, Smithsonian's, etc. Room comes with an excellent full buffet breakfast. My room was pleasant, had everything I needed, including microwave and mini fridge. The staff were very kind, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Good value.

One corner of the bathroom floor and lower wall did not look clean (black spot and rust colored dried drip). Seemed odd because the rest of the room and bathroom were perfectly clean. I just put a towel over those areas so I didn't have to look at it, so not a big deal in light of how great everything else was.

Location is fantastic, across the street from Metro station, three lines, and very close to many of the monuments and museums. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition with comfortable beds, good entertainment choices, and friendly staff.

The two small bottles of water in the room, upon arrival, are not complementary to all guests. They were $3 each if you were not a HiltonHonors guest, of a certain level. This could be a good marketing opportunity for the brand, I.e. Hilton Honors all guests with…join us at HiltonHonors…instead of appearing like a cheap hotel than needs to nickel & dime the guests with extra charges.

Location was fantastic, located directly across the street from the metro, it was incredibly easy to travel to wherever we needed to go. Easy walking distance from the National Mall, and plenty of excellent food options nearby. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and when my husband and I couldn’t figure out how to use the curtains 😅, they assisted us with kindness and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean and spacious room, in a prime location of downtown, that has lots of restaurants/public transport access nearby.

The location, the room, the facilities.

The waitresses were very rude during breakfast. They were only interested in getting a big tip and kept reminding us about that all the time. We were made uncomfortable during breakfast, especially when requesting things we were not able to access (hot and cold drinks). Breakfast was included in the price we paid, so we were expecting a kind of buffet breakfast where we would have access to all types of food available smoothly and quietly, which wasn't the case, unfortunately.

You simple can’t beat the location 2/3 blocks from the White House !..across from McPhersonMetro ( blue silver orange) the Washington monument Lincoln monument the Smithsonian’s! They have actual room service and a restaurant and bar !..comfortable beds and a warmish small pool perfect to fire out the kids at the end of the night !!

We had issues with getting a waitstaff to refill our drinks and bring us our check at breakfast but this is such a small small small issue because the breakfast and omelet station was fantastic !…the staff was also super great 🤷🏼‍♀️

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to major attractions and many charming coffee shops nearby. Conveniently, there is valet parking available, but if you opt to park in the garage right next door, you can save about $20. The hotel's valet parking costs $56 per day, but I only paid $40 in total by parking in the nearby garage from 2 p.m. Saturday to 2 p.m. Sunday.

Although the hotel is ideally located, our room (620) had no view, as we were facing a wall. While the sheets and linens were clean, the quality could have been better, but I understand that you get what you pay for. The biggest downside was the shower head, which really needs to be replaced, and there were also some areas where the paint was chipped off on the doors.

I loved the room, the bed was extra comfortable, the location was perfect, the bathroom was well-appointed and clean and the staff was kind enough to hold our luggage before and after checkout. The room was clean, cool, and had all the plugs, lamps, and necessities. I would definitely love to stay here again.

There was unexpected construction, like a jackhammer, early in the morning on our first wake up day, it was outrageous. I also didn't love that the lobby was basically empty every time we walked in. The wait time at the desk was short but there was generally no one working in the lobby most of the times we entered or exited.

Great location. Fast and easy wifi. Fabulous breakfast. Decent room and quiet. Adequate gym for a small work out.

Pool not heated, so tepid or cold and much small than photo suggests. Query bed bugs in my son's bed?! He has 18 bites. Too much light coming into the room. Mould on food being sold in corner of hotel (their kind of mini deli areas) and loads out of date (by weeks not months) reception staff acknowledged that it got "too hot due to the direct sunlight" so pretty poor that. Parking far too expensive, I found somewhere a 5 min walk away for 20 dollars a day rather than the 50 dollars they were asking.
