EVERYTHING! It is clean, it is new, it is modern, it is beautiful! The rooms are pretty spacious, the beds and pillows are VERY comfortable, the shower was great AND with awesome water pressure! They had thought of EVERYTHING the amenities in the room OMG they are REAL NICE! Chocolate on the pillow, earplugs, white sound machine, glass water bottle to fill up down the hall, etc. everything you could possibly wish for during your stay they got it. The staff were helpful, funny, friendly, professional! We only stayed one night and I regret it SO MUCH!!

The staff was the major standout. Everyone that I encountered was helpful and friendly. I'd especially like to thank Tarrence in the restaurant, he was just great. The folks who checked me in and out were also great - unfortunately I didn't get their names. Please thank them all for me!!

The room (507) overlooked the railway tracks. The train noise was quite loud and persistent. If the noise can't be reduced, then I'd at least like to have been informed and possibly offered an alternative at check in.

Very very clean and comfortable.

I wish the hotel could notify guests ahead of time that valet parking is not just the price advertised but tax is added to this and ends up being around $70-$71 instead of the advertised $60 (for daily parking). When we checked out I was surprised to see an additional $10-$11 added in without any explanation.

The brekfasts were great. The best part was the bar and restaurant on the roof. It was a new building, everything was like new and clean.

It is located next to the RR station and the noise from the trains was annoying in the early morning

I loved everything. My fiancé and I had a wonderful anniversary. I love that they provided us with food voucher for our anniversary.

I didn’t like that the I had a baby basket in my room. I did ask for it to be removed but it wasn’t. I never received my extra pillows and towels. My fiancé and I ate dinner and breakfast. The food was okay but little pricey.

The hotel is new. The room was big and clean. And location was also good.

We got surprisingly high bill at the end of our diner at the restaurant on the main floor. Make sure you ask how much it cost to add a salmon to your salad :) And margarita cocktail was too sour.

We picked up a quick bagel and coffee. It was nicely severed and enjoyable. Keep up the great work and providing cleanliness. It is greatly appreciated.

We were in a rush to meet another scheduled museum visitation , so it was just fine. We couldn’t have asked for more. I thought I would smell coffee when I arrived downstairs but some people do not want food odors in their clothes so I totally understand that.

Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms very clean staff friendly

No service at all on Club Floor. Only one type of horrible orange flavored sparkling wine available for purchase (had to find staff) even though the staff went to lobby bar to get it (why couldn’t they get any other drinks if people are paying for them?)

We tried ordering coffee via room service but their machine was broken. Also, the hotel is next to the railway tracks, so it is recommended that travelers ask for rooms with 2 queen beds, which are away from the track and the noise is negligible.

My shower did not warm up during my stay. It took a long time before it was somewhat warm.
