The hotel is right next to the metro station, which makes it so convenient to get to the sites and monuments. There are lots of places to easily walk to for dining, and the grocery store is just around the corner for anything you need.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was a bad smell as you entered the first floor of the hotel. The check-in desk is on the 2nd floor. The smell was only on the 1st floor and elevators. They did bring out a fragrant diffuser to help with the smell.

This was a pleasant hotel located right near a metro station (No-Ma stop) which can get you to all the main attractions in Washington, DC. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff member did a superb job of keeping everything tidy- Jessica (Review posted from my partner's account).

There was a vent in the room which would make a really loud, annoying noise sometimes through the night. I was woken up on a couple of occasions. I probably should have asked to change rooms but I was only there for a few days and eventually got used to the noise but definitely was something that I didn't expect at a nice hotel.

The restaurant staff, Daniella(Colombian lady) and Mariah were FABULOUS! Valet(Monte)was AWESOME!! Location was great.

An EXTRA “pet fee” of $150 is ludicrous and unacceptable when you’re advertising as a “pet friendly” hotel. NO OTHER hotels do this crappy money grab, “pet fee”. Also the $55 mandated parking per day, is ANOTHER money grab. My 2 nights went from $332…. To $592!!! Almost DOUBLE what my expectations were. And if I had known this, when booking, since if should be added on immediately, when saying “I’m bringing a car and a dog”, I never would’ve booked this hotel for a weekend. It seems shady and dishonest and it should be put right in when you book. Shame on you guys. Bathroom shower door never closed properly. So water always covered the floor. Seemed dangerous and like an easy fix.

The location is excellent, just one subway station from Union station. Capitol can be reached within 20 minutes walk. Many good restaurants are nearby, 7-Eleven and Trader Joes in walking distance. Check-in and check-out were easy. Large, clean, comfortable rooms with a huge comfortable bed. Just a little noise in the night from the trains passing by. The only negative point was the breakfast which was outsourced in local Starbucks. First day the staff was not aware that we have breakfast there and wanted us to pay, other days they always told us differently what is available for hotel guests and what is not. Also gluten-free options were practically non-existent, although the hotel told us that they served gluten-free meals.

The hotel is a few doors away from the Galludet-MoMa station on the Metro's red line. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and clothing stores, supermarkets, and specialty stores. If you want a quick bite or a snack, a 7-11 is a few doors away and a Subway as well as a Five Guys are across the street. The room has a microwave and a small fridge. The staff are welcoming and professional. Housekeeping is provided and you can dine at an onsite restaurant or order room service.

My room was a little on the chilly side, even when I tried to adjust the thermostat. The thermostat said the room temperature was 72. However, it felt more like 65. The covers for the bed were rather skimpy, so I felt a bit cold.

The location was great just next to the metro station. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff was friendly. Rooms are clean. We had little problem with the clogged sink in the bathroom but it was fixed the same day.

On the ground metro and train station was just under our window so during the day it could be noisy but we didn't really care as we were mostly out. And they are not running at night. The valet parking is quite confusing especially when you are not familiar with it.

The staff went above and beyond. Specifically Marquette and at the bar. we were celebrating my son, who has. hday. Marquette went above and beyond, he made him a birthday card and gave him a little treat. The bartender ensured everyone knew it was Aidan's birthday and had everyone sing to him. It was so special and sweet. It amazed us that in just 48 hrs there, they remembered autism 16th birthday was the next day and really went above and beyond.

The rooms did not have any USB ports which is so strange for a hotel room now

The staff was great. Nicole was helpful even before we arrived. She provided excellent information about how to get to the location. In the bistro Moe was outgoing and tended to our every need. We did have a day when the cleaning staff did not clean our room but we reported it and they corrected it the next day. The valet team was warm and receptive and very helpful as well.

There is a lot of construction around the facility and it is pretty noisy with police and fire car activity.

My room was good. The shower was nice. Decent gym. Good location (near delicious NOMA restaurants). The staff were the best part. Super sweet and accommodating. Gave great recs for food, too. And they were patient and kind with our group. Oh and the area on floor two was great — nice vibe day and night.

My colleagues had issues with their rooms. One never got hot water in her shower. The other had to switch rooms because the train was so loud.
