Very pleasant stay! Room in spacious, with 2 wide queen beds. and an extra couch / lounge area. Seems the coach is retractable too. Located close to the metro station but also 30 mins walk to capitol and mall. All services available. Good price, but I must say we were in the summer so maybe prices go up after the holidays

Breakfast. Basically "american" only bread, eggs, sausages and yogurt, and not enough place to sit, so everyone is scattered around the lobby finding a place. Pool is a little small and warm but good enough for a refreshing dive.

It took a month to get my $100 incidental fee back. Alot back and forth figuring out where my money was and by end of it was a whole new month. Most likely will never book here again cause that's crazy. You told me that is was released the next day.. then I would had expected my money on a week maybe even 10 days max... but it kept getting passed around for a month. I depended on the return of the deposit for another bill due... so it put me a little off.

I was surprised when I opened room door and I saw the room. Room was really nice and comfortable with huge open window to the city We stayed there 2 nights. We came to the hotel in late time, bud we don’t have problem with check in any time. In the price we had included the breakfast, and they were really rich and huge. So the price and quality of this hotel is amazing. There is also included fitness and outside pool, bud we didn’t have a time for used them.

The room was good. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional with no issues. Lighting was really very good for a hotel room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok and enough to get the day started. The location was fine and still within walking distance for what we wanted. Overall a good stay.

The breakfast orange and apple juices were very much watered down and the cooked food was lukewarm, even when they had just put it out for service.

The reception team is high on the bar. They got solutions for every single query giving the utmost comfort and help to guests. Worth mentioning Gunay who tirelessly provided us info on location of convenience stores, and Andrew who helped us to reach the ER at GWH When our child suddenly fall sick. Their support transcended the ordinary reception duties and involved high levels of professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely stay at this property!

Conveniently located close to Union Station and many of the Must-see sights was a true plus point. We got a room with 2 queen beds that was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Our bathroom door had a little trouble closing but one call to the front desk and they quickly sent a staff member to help fix it. They have a good range to choose from for their breakfasts and a pool to use as well. The staff and especially the front desk was exceptional. Shout out to Nevaeh for such a personalized and pleasant experience.

I would recommend carpets in the rooms being professionally cleaned and investing in new bedsheets and covers. The box frame of the bed looked like it could use some cleaning (like something spilled on it a long time ago).

The breakfast was pretty good and fresh. It was the first time in a while the hotel food did not taste like something out of the freezer.

The security deposit procedures. Every customer that came up to the desk got and email saying that there would be only a $100 security hold for the duration. This hotel holds $100 per day which is unfair to families who don't have it like that. It was horrible watching the amount of people come up there dumbfounded. Especially me. This weekend I stayed was tough because I lost my cards, and had to load a few hundred on a pre-paid card. After paying my $347 for the weekend they then took the security hold which has still not been refunded yet from December 30th.

The property was great. It’s clean! It’s close to everywhere you need to go and only a block from the subway! To be honest, however the best part of this day was Miss Mimi at the front desk! Hotel cleanliness is one thing, of course, but the staff is what makes it a grand stay! Thank you, Mimi. You’re phenomenal. Hope to see you again.

Honestly, there was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. I traveled with my 73 year-old mother and my 15-year-old daughter and it accommodated the three of us lovely.

Breakfast was fine,over the weekend there were fried eggs which were good on Monday there were scrambled eggs and boiled eggs but not fried eggs. Yes,little thing . Potatoes were tasty,yogurt was awesome - mixed with berries - tasted like heaven . Staff was nice and helpful .

Our room did not get cleaned every other day (we stayed 3 days) and we had to get to the reception to ask for clean towels.

Room was very comfortable with a great city view. We had to call for bed linens for the pull out which were promptly delivered. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Quite a bit of street noise in this neighborhood compared to other parts of DC.

Pool could have been cleaner although swimmable. Fun pool deck above the street with a minimal amount of chairs so arrive early if you plan to spend the day at the pool.
