The breakfast was amazing the room was spacious and had a great view

It took a month to get my $100 incidental fee back. Alot back and forth figuring out where my money was and by end of it was a whole new month. Most likely will never book here again cause that's crazy. You told me that is was released the next day.. then I would had expected my money on a week maybe even 10 days max... but it kept getting passed around for a month. I depended on the return of the deposit for another bill due... so it put me a little off.

The breakfast was pretty good and fresh. It was the first time in a while the hotel food did not taste like something out of the freezer.

The security deposit procedures. Every customer that came up to the desk got and email saying that there would be only a $100 security hold for the duration. This hotel holds $100 per day which is unfair to families who don't have it like that. It was horrible watching the amount of people come up there dumbfounded. Especially me. This weekend I stayed was tough because I lost my cards, and had to load a few hundred on a pre-paid card. After paying my $347 for the weekend they then took the security hold which has still not been refunded yet from December 30th.

Conveniently located close to Union Station and many of the Must-see sights was a true plus point. We got a room with 2 queen beds that was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Our bathroom door had a little trouble closing but one call to the front desk and they quickly sent a staff member to help fix it. They have a good range to choose from for their breakfasts and a pool to use as well. The staff and especially the front desk was exceptional. Shout out to Nevaeh for such a personalized and pleasant experience.

I would recommend carpets in the rooms being professionally cleaned and investing in new bedsheets and covers. The box frame of the bed looked like it could use some cleaning (like something spilled on it a long time ago).

The property was great. It’s clean! It’s close to everywhere you need to go and only a block from the subway! To be honest, however the best part of this day was Miss Mimi at the front desk! Hotel cleanliness is one thing, of course, but the staff is what makes it a grand stay! Thank you, Mimi. You’re phenomenal. Hope to see you again.

Honestly, there was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. I traveled with my 73 year-old mother and my 15-year-old daughter and it accommodated the three of us lovely.

Room was very clean. Maid service was excellent. Staff members were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient, Breakfast was excellent- many healthy choices. Handicapped facilities- entry door and ramp- very helpful.

Pull out couch was not comfortable. Staff could not make change- didn’t have any cash, I suspect this is for a reason-no cash at front desk per hotel policy.

Staff was great, the breakfast in the morning was good . Felt safe needed your card to enter the building and floors

The shower head was slightly leaking out the connection. There was someone hair clip on the floor by the desk , The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. There were no ceiling lights working for the bathroom. The pull out had no sheets and there was no extra blankets at all. Room 704

The place is well located for tourism purposes. The room was spacious, and I love the big windows, giving you an amazing view of your surroundings. I love their breakfast and the fact that the chef himself was around to check if everything was OK. I am definitely going to book it next time I am in Washington.

The fact that I could use cash to buy anything at the reception like water or snacks. Otherwise, everything from my experience was great 😊 There was no microwave in the rooms.

The booking site implied parking was included with your reservation, which was why I booked here. It was not. The parking available was very pricey valet. But there was a garage across the street that was cheaper and not far. However, the address they give you for the hotel, doesn't have an unlocked door. You have to walk around the block to get to the entrance, and I had to do so with 4 little kid and all their stuff.

I felt the breakfast was good. It was what I expected which was eggs, sausage, pancakes or waffles, juice, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, and bread/toast options. I absolutely loved that the a/c felt extra cold due to the humidity. It was nice to come back to a cold room. The front desk was very friendly. I had a 2 queen room with a sofa. I loved the spacious room with a great view. I flew in the night of 4th of July at night so I was able to see multiple fireworks even after 11pm. The bathroom was spacious as well.

The only thing I can think of if at all, would be that not all ice machines were working. I had to go to multiple floors to find a working one, which I did.

They offer a good complimentary breakfast each morning.

I was told that our room would be cleaned every other day, but that did not happen. During our trip, my child was sick and we needed a change of sheets, but no one from housekeeping was on duty, so we were given sheets and changed the bed ourselves. Because the bed is made up differently than a bed at home, it was never as comfortable after we made it up ourselves.
