Easy check in and good location to everything I needed(Target lol) Love the balcony and cute view for the buildings across the street Love the kitchen. I will stay here again when I go back.

The water was barely warm for showers. I did have to park and was told that I could park in the empty lot next to the building, yet it was filled with trash and broken glass. I read the reviews about cars being broken into. I was lucky to be saved from any car damage yet it was a bit stressful. I didn't realize until the last day the parking garage on the opposite side of the building. If you do park in the empty lot please make sure your car is clean and nothing laying around.

Well, when we arrived, 3 of the 4 smoke alarms were beeping needing new batteries.. The balcony door was broken and said do not open and being worked on by maintenance… Those things should be taken care of before any people come and stay.. The apartment was very hot and not much air flow from the central heat and ac unit…As well there is much clean up for the customer and honestly better to stay at a hotel for more amenities…. We will probably not choose Global suites in the future..

I stay in this building a lot! It's my fav of all global luxury's property's in the city. Quiet. Low key building with a hip staff who run a smooth ship effortlessly. And look good doing it!

I don't think there's anything I could say I didn't like. If I were to make one suggestion it would be to make the process of extending your stay a little easier. Most of that is my fault for waiting until the last minute to do so.. bit isn't that how that tends to happen in those situations? Other than that I love this place.

Nice place for a short stay, well equipped to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, relax after walking all day. Good distance to subway, good grocery store nearby, an awesome kid playground nearby.

The bedrooms do not have windows to ventilate or let some nice morning light in. Not too clear where to park the car if you happen to drive onto the city like we did.

Nice well equipped apartment, with plenty of storage space and great laundry facilities. Near to a metro station and various food shops.

The area outside the apartment is not the best. Graffiti and dog excrement spoil the environment. The bed wasn't very comfortable and gave us a backache. Think it was too soft, but that was the only thing that I didn't like about the interior.

Brand new building in an up and coming neighborhood. Great place for a family looking for more space, full amenities available, and close to new supermarket and the Metro Gallaudet Station. 15 minute walk to Union Station and a bit more to get to the Capitol and the museums beyond that.

The hot water had a bad odor at first, but after we let it run for a long time it got better. Also, there are lots of rats running around outside because of the construction across the street.

Location is close to everything. The apartament was clean and very spacious and well decorated. The linen and towels were sealed once they were washed. Washer and dryer in unit. Great rooftop area indoor and out.

Parking on site is advertised but not available for short stays. Don't park outside the hotel, my window was cracked the next morning.Someone attempted to break in. The hotel smelled like MaryJane everytime you walked in the front doors and elevators.

the apartment exceeded my expectations, super clean and modren. The building was also super new, with a few restaurants, a grocery store in walking distance. There is also a metro stop nearby but it was under maintaince while we were there.

Its a revitialized area so mostly safe except a few sketchy corners, we didn't have a car so did not experince any car window breaks, the virtual key pad was a little tricky sometimes

Convenient location, friendly staff, easy access. We didn’t experience any loud neighbors which was excellent

The bed was uncomfortable. Other than that the room was great

The building was clean and the lobby was staffed.

No parking and the street parking was precarious. Originally the property told me I had two parking spaces. When I got there, the front desk told me there was no parking and acted like I was crazy for asking.
