The room was cozy and quiet. We were situated near the elevators and ice machine for our one night stay and there were no interruptions from noise which was very nice. The bed was acceptably comfortable. The room was clean and well prepared when we got there.

When I was looking for the property on this site, I saw that they had on site parking. However, it did not say that the on site parking was paid. We found that out when we got there and were a bit surprised at that. Especially since we had stayed there before about 2 months prior and did not have to pay to park there. It would have been nice for this site to mention that parking was paid early on in the property listing so that I would have been prepared for when the front desk passed along that info.

The breakfast staff was committed to giving the best service. The food was varied and in good supply.

1.Paying $20.00 per day for parking, which prohibited me from renting a car, which would have been nice considering the Uber & Taxi services are about $17.00 per way to where I needed to be each morning. 2. Not knowing how much one pays as a security deposit, or receiving an itemized bill outlining the charges to one's Credit Card at the end of one's stay. All of the money on my Credit Card was on hold, despite the fact that I had more than was needed to cover the bill and security fees. Upon enquiring about the cost on two separate occasions. There was never a clear answer on the amount.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the front desk always had yummy cookies.

The only drawbacks were that the hotel charges for parking (around $23 per night), the hotel is on a busy road so there’s quite a lot of traffic noise, the thermostat in our room was a little finicky, and there was a very strong pot smell in our room on our last night (not sure if someone was smoking in an adjacent room or if the smell was coming from outside).

The location is great, considering a gas stating is within walking distance, restaurants are close by, and it is right off of the highway. I live in MD and will highly consider staying here again. The rooms are spacious, all areas were clean, open and bright. A minor issue I had was that there were no linings in the trash bins in the room and you had to pay for parking. Which I found to be unreasonable considering there was another hotel within a few feet and to make a distinction, I understand having a tag but to charge for that; I found to be unreasonable. There is a hot breakfast as an option; which I found to be really good and was much space for family and solo travelers alike. The lobby atmosphere is cute and welcoming. The staff was nice. The check in / out hours were fantastic. I did not get a chance to go to the gym, as it was overnight, but I will check it out next time I stay there.

The free breakfast was excellent! The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. I felt very comfortable in the facility.

In this hotel I was feeling wonderful, the same as my home. Everyone was very professional, kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and its staff exceptional especially Nia Bey in the Breakfast. I recommend this hotel for everything. I wish come back and reserve in the same hotel. I appreciate all the team in this hotel to take care me and give the best of them. Always they will remain in my heart and thoughts. Thank you very much for everything. I love them!!!!!!

Nothing because all was perfect.

Staff very helpful. Front desk excellent, especially Chris and later Ada. Food was simple but the servers were excellent, especially the recent hire dark lady, I didn't get her name, but she was an excellent worker. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily.

I have no complaints.

The location was not clear until we got there. It was further away from where we needed to be. The showers were amazing. The best part was the amazing and super professional and friendly the breakfast staff was. They were the heart of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful though it could use more fruit. We had a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was great. Staff at the front desk was helpful at check in and when we needed to modify our stay they were very understanding and accommodating. They were extremely friendly throughout our stay.

The elevators were slow which gave me anxiety when on them. Also the beds were not very comfortable. I dont hold that against them as it is subjective.

Hotel location is perfect! short walking to the falls, perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights when you in the area

the breakfast is an extra of $14 Canadian dollar, but it's a very basic breakfast
