Front desk folks could stand to be a little more friendly.

The hotel and check in was excellent....The next day in the morning the gentleman were not as friendly..definitely should not be working at the front desk...I felt like we were a bother too him....This was my first time here in the area dropping my child off at College..our beds were clean and comfortable...the shower was hot...Amazing..the overall was great...our breakfast was nice..Eggs were cold...Waffles were great.... I definitely will come again with out the children ......

I couldn't get a 1:00 pm check out....

My husband and I liked everything. Our room, breakfast room and the fitness room were very clean. Even the elevators and hall ways were clean. Handicapped parking was readily available, which we appreciated very much.

The price was about $40 more than expected. But we were pleased with everything for the price. Also, we requested a walk-in shower, if it was available, it was not. However, the tub was low enough that my husband didn't have any problems getting into it. We recommend the hotel upgrade to "adult height" toilets.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk personnel was friendly and accommodating upon check-in.

When calling to inquire about some questions we had over upcoming stay the person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. When I was asking the questions, you can clearly hear he was typing and not paying attention to what I was asking. And it sounded like I was disturbing him.

Location and having coffee & tea available all hours especially decaf because caffeine makes me jumpy! Please reheat the coffee in the evenings. Thank goodness for the microwave in room to heat up the coffee and hot for tea.

No complaints but heating the pool would be a plus! Also, the gym was closed.

breakfast was great, the ladies that stocked it were very very good! really clean! the driver of the bus was great too! the young lady at the desk was very accomodating and knowledgeable!

we requested a handicapp room for my father who's 93 and they didn't have any!

I like how caring the team was and how efficient they were about solving any problems that arose, with the exception of ones out of their control. The rooms are huge and that is a big plus. Thank you all.

The pool was cold due to no pool heater. But the people there had no control over it, sounds like a big business issue.

Excellent location with ample parking. Very close access to the freeway entrance. Sizeable breakfast with many options. Extra blankets were available.

Breakfast options were not healthy despite being plentiful. Nothing low in sugar. Staff was mostly good despite being overwhelmed at times.

It was very clean. Housekeeping came every day. It seems a lot of hotels do not have that anymore you have to request.

I have no complaints the room was lovely. The greeting when we checked in was great every one was friendly. Until the end.

I didn't like how I had to call booking cause the Hamptons couldn't take my payment that I booked with booking I had to pay extra cause my price was different on booking then what Hamptons price was.
