Breakfast was very good… fresh, good selection. Front desk staff at check-in were wonderful! Friendly and professional. Also the hotel and our room was nice and clean.

1. Elevator was out of order, but to no fault of the hotel, and the staff helped me with my luggage! 2. Location wasn’t very “scenic” but was in a very convenient location, right outside of D.C. 3. They are, in fact, pet friendly. However, the fee for each pet seemed a little high. 4. The hotel was unable to grant my late check-out, HOWEVER , their regular check-out time is already pretty nice 5. Overall, they met my expectations. And any complaints that came up were handled IMMEDIATELY compassionately by management. I would definitely return.

The rooms were nice and comfy. Things like nice towels, great water pressure, quiet at night made it a great place to stay. The staff was excellent. Sandra was our cleaning and weekend driver and Kyle at the front desk was great. Don't know the managers name but he was top notch, when there was a glitch with anything ( not with us) he pitched in and helped his staff. It was close to the metro and we would be gone all day and evening lounge in our room. Breakfast was always what we needed in the morning.

Nothing really, we picked it for the proximity to the metro and the metro shuttle. It met both of those needs.

The property was great! Everything was ok, staff were very courteous and helpful.

There was just one thing that turned me off and I brought it to the attention of the front desk and the person who I literally showed the video to says it wasn’t a bed bug it was a spider. I know the difference. I noticed a bed bug latched to my foot in the shower, I felt the bite and instant burn sensation and I took it off and put it on the wall to properly identify that it was indeed a bed bug and it was. I told the person at the desk and the gentleman said it was a spider. I didn’t like how he handled it! I did hope he isolated that room and deep clean it before another guest enter.

We have stayed at other Country Inn's and this one is the best of them. I don't drink Caffinated Coffe and they ALWAYS have it available at all times (could be hotter but I unerstand the demand over regular is higher) and front desk Sylvana went through hoops to ensure I received my Choice Awards points. Nice & accomodating & always with a smile. Breakfast also compared to oyher Country Inns are so much better here too. Loved the Sausage & Biscuits and though I am not a big fan of eggs the scrambled buttery eggs were delicious. Also, thanks for the Sugar-Free options (Syrup & etc.)

Make sure the Decaf is ALWAYS HOT and we are good. Wish you had a pool or at least an deal where we could use the pool at hotels that are in the near location.

24/7 coffee available in foyer. Beds v large and extremely comfortable.linen excellent. Helpful staff. Shuttle to local MTA. Aircon adjustable. Perfect temp. Breakfast changes daily. Medium choice but perfectly cooked. Used by local army for a reason. It’s good. Branche Ave MTA (subway) 10-15 mins walk and goes straight to Washington L’enfant plaza, National Harbor 10 min drive. Good big car park. Walking distance of Red Lobster. Shower amazingly powerful. Immaculate cleaning including bath.

Great location and very clean. The staff was exceptional right from the beginning. We needed to add an extra night to our booking and they were accommodating right from the start. They offered a shuttle to the nearby metro station and we never waited more than a few minutes to be dropped off or picked up. The breakfast offered was pretty standard but was a nice feature. The room was large and everything was comfortable. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were wonderful especially after a long day of walking in DC. Plenty of dining and shopping within a 20 min car ride. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend it highly.

Breakfast was very tasty and the room was very spacious. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable and easy to fall fast asleep. The bathroom, sink and tub were clean with plenty of towels. The shower head also had different options for delivering different levels of water pressure. The location was great to visit DC and Annapolis (this was a slightly longer drive).

The only thing I did not like was that the TV did not have a guide channel, option, or sheet - this forced us to go through each channel one-by-one to figure out what was playing.

This hotels location was excellent for us. Check in was very easy. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our room was exceptionally clean. They have security on site which is great. This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. They do serve breakfast. They will change out your towels and bed sheets every three days.

The scary noise on the elevator but you get used to it. Overall this place was fantastic

The breakfast offered several selections. I prefer a chicken or turkey sausage versus pork. The eggs were buttery as promised but a little too salty for my taste and health regimen! The room was comfortable, no frills, and served us nicely! I enjoyed the locations proximity to highway and stores.

Please include at least one other breakfast meat....not everyone enjoys pork ...religious and dietary concerns!!!

Side door very close to our room didn't work from outside. Front desk person said she had even put in a ticket to get it fixed and it was still broken. Leaving your staff and guests hanging. Also not a lot of parking but this may have been because there were multiple trucks and cars with trailers taking multiple spots.
