All the staff I came into contact with were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Also had breakfast in the restaurant and it was fantastic!

I have to be honest, this trip was really top-notch. I can't think of anything I'd change. Maybe if it was a bit cheaper? For the area it's pretty competitively priced, though.

Hotel and room were current, clean, spacious and well worth the value. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was for what I can considered value hotel when just needing a place for a night or two.

Only downside was the breakfast, limited and lacking...basically some scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Shocked they did not include bacon as part of the breakfast.

Room was large, quiet and attractively furnished. Reading lights on both sides of bed. We were grateful for the shuttle to the nearest Metro stop. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved that the room was clean and smelled fresh. The pool area was cozy and the water was a great temperature. The staff is friendly and very supportive.

Hot water hit or miss , shuttle only runs twice in the morning 7.30 and 9.30 and twice in the evening , metro station a good 20 minutes walk or uber but you will wait a long time

Close to. Bethesda, metro and DC. Decent restaurant for dinner and nice breakfast selection. Beds comfortable. Accommodations clean and updated.

Not within walking distance to downtown Bethesda. They charge $20 extra for parking per day and there is no other option.

The room was nice, and the housekeeping was great.

the coffee maker was missing a part so I was unable to use it, but the coffee from Cooper's Mill was wonderful so i guess it's not really a complaint. Also the faucet knob leaked.

far away from downtown. nothing really near. breakfast and food was expensive. I was told with my booking I had breakfast included but the hotel only gave me a $20 credit to use. the breakfast gif one person was 25.00! beer was 6.00 a bottle. just a bit expensive.

It's a great place to stay! They got my family & I two rooms next to each other, no small feat considering there was a few HUGE out-of-state groups staying there. It's my favorite place to stay when visiting my hometown Silver Spring.
