Bed was very comfortable. The room & bathroom were clean. The breakfast was not that great. My daughter’s pancakes were raw in the middle. Coffee was weak.

The breakfast/restaurant. Food was meh 😑 the seafood pasta was not good. The calamari was inedible. My daughter & husband chewed & chewed & chewed then my husband spit it out & my daughter tried to swallow it & gagged on it. The best thing on the menu was the pretzel appetizer.

All the amenities were top-notch the room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it had everything that we needed.

The only thing I didn’t like is that when I checked in, they made it sound like we got breakfast included, but that was not the case we ended up paying $50 for a buffet

All the staff I came into contact with were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Also had breakfast in the restaurant and it was fantastic!

I have to be honest, this trip was really top-notch. I can't think of anything I'd change. Maybe if it was a bit cheaper? For the area it's pretty competitively priced, though.

The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. Richard at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Can you get all the elevators working? One elevator for 16 floors is not sufficient because the other two elevators were out of order.

Hotel and room were current, clean, spacious and well worth the value. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was for what I can considered value hotel when just needing a place for a night or two.

Only downside was the breakfast, limited and lacking...basically some scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Shocked they did not include bacon as part of the breakfast.

Room was large, quiet and attractively furnished. Reading lights on both sides of bed. We were grateful for the shuttle to the nearest Metro stop. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved that the room was clean and smelled fresh. The pool area was cozy and the water was a great temperature. The staff is friendly and very supportive.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property. It was a great experience.

Hot water hit or miss , shuttle only runs twice in the morning 7.30 and 9.30 and twice in the evening , metro station a good 20 minutes walk or uber but you will wait a long time

Close to. Bethesda, metro and DC. Decent restaurant for dinner and nice breakfast selection. Beds comfortable. Accommodations clean and updated.

Not within walking distance to downtown Bethesda. They charge $20 extra for parking per day and there is no other option.

The room was nice, and the housekeeping was great.

the coffee maker was missing a part so I was unable to use it, but the coffee from Cooper's Mill was wonderful so i guess it's not really a complaint. Also the faucet knob leaked.
