Everything was really nice and good, wonderful staff and wonderful breakfast during my stay

I nor my husband smokes, cigarettes or weed.. my daughter in love came with us who’s 8 months pregnant and she doesn’t smoke.. after reviewing my card then seeing the email I was charged $250 extra because they staff said the room was Smokey. We don’t smoke. I come here very often from North Carolina to visit my inIn loves and this is my only hotel I stay at in Maryland and never had a issue and note this, I understand policy but again we have never been smokers and was hit with that charge, so next time I’ll find another place to stay because that was very hard for me during that time for my money to get taken

I love the room because it had everything similar to my home; fridge, stove, microwave and ample space to move around. However, the pull out bed wasn’t great, it was dirty, dingy and the mattress was soiled. My family slept on top of the cushions. Our room was on the 4th floor, there was a lot of kids running back and forth in the hallway, slamming doors, you could hear every time someone slams the door abs yelling. I love Marriott hotel rooms, I would give it a 7.5 out of 10 this time.

I loved the full kitchen in my suite. The staff was polite and professional. It was in a great location, convenient to a variety of stores and entertainment. I initially reserved with a nearby hotel with poor staff, rooms and service. It was perfect considering I switched on short notice. I was very happy with my stay. I am sure I will stay again for future business projects.

I didn't like to pay separately for parking, I think it should be included in the price.

Everything was great! Sheree at the front desk was exceptional! She really made me feel home away from home! Always available! Hotel is close to shops and restaurants!

They could change the shower linings in the bathrooms! Them things are so old and torn lol

friendly staff, clean rooms... some things could be fixed (closet mirror in rm 128 cracked and side entrance key panel didn't work and could not access the building, had to walk all the way around each time) close by many shops and services. for the most part i enjoyed my stay

Location was great. The staff was incredibly nice and competent. Breakfast was good. The amenities inside the room were great. Everything you really need to stay.

Hotel a little out of date. Kitchen table had broken leg. Cabinet door under sink was broken. Main Door to unit (212) looked like it had an attempted break in with a pry tool of some sort at some point in time. It was a little disheartening walking up to the door the first time and seeing that.

We stay here nearly every weekend, this weekend they didn’t have rooms available and we had to stay at the courtyard for two nights and it was horrendous. We switched over the second the residence had a room.

Takes awhile to get the deposit back.

We liked the convenient location at the intersection of two Maryland highways that allowed us easy access to both National Harbor and Annapolis for day trips...

Breakfast was not what was pictured on the marketing materials. There were no breakfast potatoes and the waffle machine was out of order for our three night stay.

I stayed in a two bedroom suite with my family (four people). It was super comfortable, and very affordable. This suite definitely made my stay in Maryland feel like home.

It’s super clean and the staff literally all of them were so nice and helpful!

I don’t really have anything bad to say
