We liked everything Hotel was neat and clean! Food was excellent! The staff was great! Everything was very easy access, parking was super!

As I said it was a great experience and enjoyable! Everything works perfectly well! There was nothing wrong that me and my family didn’t like. The only suggestion I had was that will be nice to include the whole address from the hotel, in the little welcoming card, so whenever you call family or order something like food, you can be able to let them know where you’re at. Same as it is at the wall of swimming pool full address! Very important!!

The GM Kristen Brown, Jay they ROCK! I called to explain due the bad weather we would be arriving after 1:00 a.m. the hotel check us in so we could directly to our room. We arrived at 2:00 a.m showed my ID and credit card and I advised I could not use my points because I could use my points.

Booking.com never again. It's sad no matter what as a senior citizen it is what it is.

Bought my bathing suit cause the site said you had a pool but didn’t say it wasn’t working also should look for a mini bus to bring quest to the hotel from the union station in Washington DC or the schedule to a bus that runs to and from there

Staff was very professional and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay here. It was in a good location and plenty of stores to shop and the breakfast was great. I will book again.

If you book 3rd party, you can use AARP or any kind of discount card when you arrive and they need to change pool hours but other then that everything was great.

Very clean hotel. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good and they did a great job keeping it stocked. It was a big crowd most mornings.

The only negative was the mattresses in our room. They both had significant dips in the sleeping area. They needed replacing.

From the time we walked in immediately greeted with a smile. Our room was cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Nice size refrigerator and works perfectly. It also has a microwave too! Let's talk about the mirror in the bathroom.... the best selfie lighting ever lol. Oh, what surprised me the most was Dove Products... my skin was soft and fresh all weekend. We smoke cigars and the location was less than 3 minutes away. Breakfast is over at 9:30am however you might get lucky to still get an omelets, turkey patties, pork sausages, bagels, hot/cold cereal, and muffins like we did at 9:45am... I just found a new appreciation for Holiday Inn Express.

The indoor pool is very small. And they don't accept cash when checking in. I wanted to pay with cash and add my card just incase for incidentals.

Professional staff, clean facility. The location was perfect for my visit to my church and family. The breakfast was phenomenal. I am looking to make this my spot to stay each and every time. I would like to know about any rewards program as I come often to the area.

The room was ice cold but we turned the air off but too cold when you first get in there.

The breakfast was good. Nice and clean rooms. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. It’s in a great location, stores all around and they are pet friendly which is a huge plus. I will definitely visit again.

One thing the bathroom sink was not clean enough under the rim and bandage left from the guest on the floor. The carpet needs to be cleaned a little more.
