Location was great. Loved in door pool.

The staff was not consistently friendly. I arrived early to inquire about early checkin. The young lady that worked the 7-3 shift was unpleasant! The gentlemen who checked me in was extremely helpful and pleasant. The young lady who checked me out on Sunday morning again was unpleasant. They seemed to be very unhappy. Body language and verbal exchange was awkward and unpleasant.

It was remodeled where we stayed on the 3rd floor. So everything was pretty new. Nice and clean, no smell. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The outlets in the bathroom were not working and we forgot to tell them at the front desk. Also, they really need some new pillows. They were way too soft with no support.

This location is conveniently located near the grocery store, CVS and 2 strip malls. I was able to walk to CVS and 7/11. The staff was friendly and the patio out back was quiet.. much needed for some downtime

My issue was that there's only one ice machine on site and that could be related to renovations that are in progress.

Great staff, got us in hours earlier than our scheduled check in after a long drive from Pittsburgh. Roni at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and very kind. Everyone was extremely helpful. Room was large, clean, and quiet after a long day. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations around, as well as shopping.

The facility was well maintained and a good location. But the staff were amazing. We staid unexpectedly due to weather while traveling. So we can in stressed and worried. The staff put my mind right at ease. And the positivity continued with every staff member we interacted with … the cafe, the cleaning staff, etc.

It was all great.

The property felt welcoming. Also, having the cute goose pond at the entrance road is a calming touch. Having the Starbucks coffee bar in a central spot was nice.

I didn’t like that my bathroom had a very leaky shower spray head. And the bathroom had a lot of old dust and stains around its corners and grout.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was very nice. Room was clean and attractive. Plenty of parking, no extra charge for parking.

Location wasn’t visible from the main road and there were no signs showing it was behind another building. The pool wasn’t available during our stay.

The air conditioner in the room would not keep the room cool on a very warm early spring day. Happens to been renovations going on in the hotel also. Perhaps that was the reason for the inconsistency of the unit in our room

The staff was amazing even my bartender was outstanding. I didn't catch her name but she's a fellow New York ! Sade was very professional and pleasant, and the lady that checked us out this morning was so warm and welcoming. I loved my stay here and we will return. Thank you!

The night Audit person kept authorizing my card 2 days before my arrival even tho I choose the pay at property options.

We had to travel for an emergency situation. This hotel was excellent. Staff were always friendly. The hotel has lots of amenities. Our room was comfortable and clean.

It can get a little noisy from guests in the hall. The lady that works the happy hour was not very personable and the drink selection could've been a little better.
