I was traveling to the area for work, and specifically waited until after my last stay to review. I stayed a total of 6 nights over a 3 week timeframe, 1 - 2 nights at a time. King room every time. Most of my interactions were with the same 2 staff members at the front desk Larvell and Treece (forgive me if I misspelled). They were both so welcoming and attentive. I thanked them each time we spoke, but I hope the powers that be see this. I'm sure they each deserve a raise/bonus or something! Location is convenient to major roads and food options. Common areas are neat and clean. Clean rooms with updated fixtures and decor. Downstairs rooms have hard floors. Housekeeping came daily. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about, but definitely sufficient and the attendant restocked and cleaned frequently (I wish I had gotten her name, too, to thank her - but she moved so fast I didn't want to interrupt). Overall it was a good experience. I even stayed at another hotel that was twice the price during the project I was working on in the area, for comparison. It had nicer decor, a little more square footage, and a slightly more comfy bed - but was less thoroughly clean and stocked (empty body wash dispenser in the shower), and had an equally OK breakfast. La Quinta was definitely a better value.

Upstairs room had carpet. I understand it can help to muffle the sound for the downstairs guests, but it also makes the rooms feel less clean (even though everything else was equally clean). *There is no elevator, which wasn't a real issue for me with this experience, but I could see it being challenging if I was traveling with more luggage, or with my children. For one of my stays I booked an "upgraded king room" just to see the difference. I couldn't definitively tell you which stay it was, though, because the accommodations were not ever different (unless the one night I had in a carpeted upstairs room was the upgrade - hard pass, if so). So, not worth it to spend the extra money on an upgrade.

Comfortable bed, quiet, being remodeled

Goggle had us driving all over the country side to get there, but did end up being a convenient location. Long slow drive to Baltimore Airport. Police officer stationed inside the front door, which bothered me at first. People hanging out in parking lot that I don’t think we’re guests (making car repairs). Others sitting in cars looking questionable.

Easy grab and go breakfast options, super friendly checking and out staff. Room ans bathroom look nice and bed was comfy.

Only two towels for two people and extra one or two would have been nice. To turn the shower on you couldn't avoid the cold water, you were getting wet no matter what.

Breakfast was GREAT. Beds were a tad to firm for them to be newly upgraded. Felt like a cheap upgrade for the price of the room. Everything else was good. Just curious has this location ever considered another was in/ out of the property?

Roll-in shower, room to wheel around the room and bed height easily accessed.

Smoking area not accessible to wheelchairs. No maintenance on what could be productive flora if maintained. If you dead head the beautiful rose bushes they would be stunning. The Mullein and Pampas Grass are nice touches.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. It has a good curb appalling,, its clean and the stuff is friendly. It has a good breakfast selection, with nice dining area. The bedroom was clean the bath tub could use some upgrades but everything works and look fine. It's a very quiet area and felt safe . Definitely will come back

Like I said the tub can use some upgrades and the fan in the bathroom runs but the mirror still fogs so I recommend to check to find out why.

The shower didn't warm up so I changed rooms after the first night. The shower control needed to be reinstalled. Some knucklehead turned on the fire alarm (he was drunk) the second night and I couldn't figure out if it mattered or not but there was no other noise after awhile so I decided it was an oops.

Easy side door entry,. The staff was nice, cool room .

I've stayed at this exact hotel for 3 years and the breakfast has been great till now. I missed the waffles you make yourself and the sausage

The breakfast and the waffles you can make was amazing. Loved the table in the room and the beds were comfortable.

They were painting the walls so you could smell it a little in the room but nothing you cant handle. Over all it was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and my room was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect stay for a last minute trip to a family function.. I'd stay again.

I didn't like that there was no elevator but there was only one flight and I packed lite thish time lol
