Check-In! and bell service! And not the staff, but feel the hotel should have been better prepared for the Christmas eve crowd. I had to wait in line almost 40 minutes to check and because there were only 2 people working the desk. Then another 38 minutes standing outs side to have my bags taking to my room. Also, one the male bartenders at the sports bar was HORRIBLE and RUDE! To the point when I finally spoke out and said you know what just close my tab and don't worry about making any other drinks. Two other customers said it's about time somebody said something about his attitude! If you're having a bad day, then don't come in to work! For the money I paid to stay here I expect professional and friendly service.

I really liked the room. The size was great. It had two chairs and a nice view. The bathroom was really nice too with a small exception. I liked that the bathroom had 2 sinks and a separate area for the toilet and shower. The parking garage was okay but it would have been better if the walkway to the hotel was covered.

While the bathroom was really nice, I wished there was a door to the sink area. Even if it didn't lick, I wanted a little more privacy. Also, the Concierge desk was closed in the evening and the front desk person whom I talked to could not answer all of my questions about amenities as well as I would have liked.

Overall our stay was great. I would have liked a direct view of the harbor. I loved how quiet our room was and we couldn't hear any outside noise (hallway, street etc). Prices for the meals were fine, typical tourists pricing. I definitely would come back to the beautiful Gaylord Resort. THANKS for making our 34th anniversary. special 💖.

Bath towels could be softer. They were clean but rough, not a big deal.

I love the hotel and the on-site club and restaurant. The hotel is beautiful rooms are comfortable. Staff for the most part are very friendly.

I called guest services asking the young lady how to locate c the menu for room service at 3am. So she walks me through it twice but didn't mention room service was close! At the price, the gaylord should have 24 room service ! Like a set menu. The young man who checked me in was very informative and courteous. Didn't use calet because it was full but the valet guy a sweet heart and very informative.

This high corner room was spacious, quiet, peaceful, and just plain lovely. Overall view was amazing, room was always very clean, loved the bath and shower stall, bed was nice and cozy (I usually like more pillows) and the small desk space was perfect my computer setup. I do hope Despenza events continue at your hotel.

I did want an extra blanket on the sofa when watching the TV, upgrade the coffee machine (I drink a lot of coffee), food choices for room delivery were somewhat limited.

Beautiful facility! Very clean and comfortable.

Easy to find but very confusing if you’ve never been there before. We came in through the convention center side, and thought we were in the front, which obviously didn’t appear to look like a hotel because we were on the wrong side! it would’ve been nice if there were staff members lingering the convention side in order to get the confused visitors to the right location I had to walk clear across the building before I found someone who could help me. We thought it was a bit pricey, considering our room was no bigger than any other hotel.

The breakfast was very good, although they should offer continental breakfast being as though you pay a good buck to stay there but it was worth it the old hickory was very nice. Everything was delicious, staff was amazing!

No microwaves in the room, I believe every pricey hotel should come with microwaves in each room, its inconvenience to the guests.

There was so much to do & see just in the Hotel that you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. Great location to everything. Really enjoyed your restaurants & the awesome light show!

We only stayed overnight as we was in town for the Titanic Exhibit but our room did not have a hairdryer nor a mini refrigerator. Unfortunately we couldn’t bring back our leftovers to place in the refrigerator so that we could eat later or save to take back home with us.

Clean, convenient, classy accommodations. Premium amenities. Wonderful staff who went above and beyond. Stayed with a group of friends, and we're already planning our return trip. I will definitely recommend the Gaylord to others. Next time we'll try the spa.

The hotel is huge because it's built for national and international conferences. It could be a little confusing to navigate. Unfortunately, the best steakhouse on property was fully rented out during our stay, so we couldn't eat there or use use the cigar bar/fire pit (which was a primary reason for our selection of this location). That was unfortunate.

Staff very professional. Excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. Our Bell Hop Dillion was Amazing. He helped us navigate requesting a room closer to the elevator, to accomodate my mobility limitations & elderly Mother. Also guided my sister to our location as I was unable to direct her to my room. He was very pleasant & patient!!

I requested a room close to the elevator, but did not get one. After going to my initial room, I was able to request another room & got it
