I called this property to book a room for a short one night stay; due to a wedding I was in, my husband needed the room for himself. When I called, I asked if they offered a late checkout. The staff member on the phone was happy to provide that for him. However, upon my husband’s arrival, they told him they were unable to accommodate that due to their housekeeping schedules. When I called and spoke to a member of their staff regarding this problem, they were able to locate the late checkout note, and happily fixed the misunderstanding. My husband also raved about their continental breakfast. He said out of the many hotel breakfasts he has had, this Hampton offered the best selection and he was very pleased.

Front Desk staff at check in was excellent. Breakfast staff in the morning was terribly rude, but that was our fault as we showed up late ans close to closing time.

The pool wasn't open the whole time and when it was reopened the outside door had to be propped open. This led to a few of us getting very sick. The breakfast attendant was rude to us. She could have just sent us away instead...

Everything was great! The staff amazing, breakfast was great everyday, fresh hot coffee available always, fitness room was great small but that was good, Now that pool was so awesome. The temperature of the water was perfect. Warm and the room heated as well. Simple Amazing!

Nice clean breakfast area. Food OK, nothing special Rooms very clean, thermostat worked well. Bathrooms very clean.

Didn't get connected rooms, as requested. There was a mix up. One of the "connected rooms" was already occupied. Given another room, not connected.

The property was newly renovated or built and was easily accessible but secure. There have been times I have traveled alone or with my girls and was a little worried about being secure in the room but I did not have that worry/issue here.

The hotel was a convenient stop on our way home and the person who checked us in was very nice and efficient.

Cleanliness. The room was very dusty, almost like it hadn’t been used in a long time. Usually Hampton Inns are spotless. I was a little surprised that this one wasn’t as clean and bathtub had mildew. Just looked like it needed some maintenance.

Our entire stay was wonderful. We were always kindly greeted as we re-entered from outings. Any questions we asked were answered with genuine kindness, we never felt like we were bothering anyone. The woman who does the breakfast in the mornings was so wonderful when I asked for something special due to dietary restrictions. What a great crew! Thank you for a great stay.

Amanda the breakfast attendant was amazing and worked fast when something was out it made my son super happy he had thought he missed breakfast! The staff checking us in and out were great I would highly recommend them. The male staff person who worked behind the desk I forget his name just he use to be an emt he said he was super great!

Clean . Breakfast variety was great. Love the big coffee and tea bar ! So many different tea to choose from.
