I stayed in the "handicap" room WOW! Very spacious, clean & stylish room. Parking was very convenient. Very quiet room. The staff was very friendly & helpful. They also explained they were "remodeling" the rooms. My room spelled of "newness". I will stay here again. Highly recommend.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Bathtub was slippery; needs those non-skid strips. There was no bedside table light. These are all minor. There isn't anything to really complain about.

The shower curtain had mold at the bottom but that was the only thing. Otherwise it was good. The lady at the counter said that she put our rooms next together not because I had asked on Booking.com but "just because". Either way it worked out well and I"m glad she put us on the ground floor due to my uncle having trouble with his knees. But again, all coincidence.

Would have been great if they did a breakfast but at least they had coffee!!!

Breakfast was very good. One of the best from hotels in the area. I would have preferred a bit more variety in eggs & meat selection from day to day.

The bathroom was not cleaned before we checked in. Tub had pieces of used soap by the drain area and hairs. The tub had not even been rinsed out. The razor & 1/2 used shampoo & conditioner was still in upper soap dish from previous tenants of the room.

The bed was comfortable. The place was clean and cat friendly.

It was only one incident, but I didn't appreciate the housekeeper opening my door after one little knock. Thankfully, I had the chain on and she couldn't get in, or she would have caught me changing.

Okay to be honest the Hotel is tired and needs a refresh desparately. BUT the staff more than made up for it. We arrived at 9am and of course our room was not ready. But the front desk person (Sonya) was truly amazing. She saw how tired we were from just taking a red eye from San Diego. We had a wedding in the afternoon and desperately needed some sleep. She said she would call me and would put her cleaning crew on the first room available when they arrived. Sonya called me in an hour and we were tucked in 15 minutes later... She truly went above and beyond and didn't have to do that at all!!... Very much appreciate her and all the staff there.... and the room was spotless. Yes a little tired but CLEAN is KING in my book when staying anywhere!

I liked the location, the friendly associate at the desk and I was very happy that we got a room on the first floor as requested.

The floor looked clean however it was not. I spilled a little water on the floor and used a towel to clean it up and the towel turned black.

We were able to get a quiet room on the first floor. Enjoyed the breakfast and breakfast room. Room was clean. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

The soda/water machine was out of stock on everything. We didn’t have a car, so had to walk to McDonald’s to get food and drinks. Luckily, it was close to the Inn.

The staff was very respectful and professional. Rooms were clean with fresh sheets & towels etc.

Staff refused to allow us a small amount of time to figure out funds to pay for another night.

My hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was located inside the courtyard and that made it quieter overall. I was able to walk to the sports bar attached to the hotel, which was very convenient in the evening. I wasn't the only one who did that it turned out. Breakfast was good and located in a separate, clean room.

The handicapped bathroom. The grab bars are the right height and a bathmat. Bed is comfortable Great TV quality.

Pillows were smaller than usual.. Curtin needs re-hung.
