My first time at a Holiday Inn Express in quite awhile and it was great. Nice sized room and bathroom. King sized bed was comfortable with huge pillows. I didn't notice a fridge & microwave included in the room amenity list but they were there. The breakfast was excellent with two types of omelets (one was egg whites with veggies, the other with cheese), two meat choices, four juices, and lots of choices of carbohydrates. Greek yogurt was also available. The dining area was spacious. Will gladly stay here again.

Not too keen about the $15 charge on my credit card for incidentals but the concierge carefully explained it would be returned in 2-3 days if not used. This is a busy area and perhaps past situations have caused this practice.

I like the location that is right in the middle of all the shops. I like it is right off the main Thruway and the directions are very easy. The staff is very helpful with any questions you have. Great free breakfast in the morning and the people you meet are very nice.

Really can’t think of anything. I don’t like about the property. I’ve stayed there a few times and I’ve never had any problems.

The only thing was that my toilet was constantly flushing. I reported and was moved after I was told that the handyman had surgery days before and was out for a few days. At that moment I was changed to another bedroom. Other than that, everything was perfect!!! Excelent, keep up the great work you do!!!

I like that It was very clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. The front desk was helpful. It had a pool and the kids loved it. The breakfast was really good.

The miss communication with third party. I booked 2 rooms a month before and they didn't give me what I ask for.. I asked for a suite, They gave me a regular room with a king size bed.. The front desk was really nice that they Discount the room. Because I was paying more for the suite And I really didn't get the suite. The second Room, I did get what I needed.

This hotel has the most polite and helpful staff. The room was well maintained, everything worked, and it had ample space and wonderful amenities. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Having the soap and lotion in caddies attached to the wall in convenient locations added to ease of access. The daily breakfast was always fresh, hot, or cold, depending on the items. There was definitely something for everyone to eat and enjoy. It was also perfectly located near food, shopping, highway, and gas stations. It was also very quiet and felt quite safe coming and going no matter which exit we used. We never had a problem finding a parking space either. This was the perfect transition after coming off of a long deployment. We'd definitely stay here again.

I liked how clean the rooms were and how spacious the rooms were too. The people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. I also really liked the various options for breakfast and plenty of room to sit and eat in the morning.

I was disappointed that the quiet hours were not observed and no one was there from 11pm-2:30am to tell people to be quiet. One night, there were kids screaming and running up and down the hallway which made it impossible to sleep.

Clean and comfortable. Great location right off the highway. Friendly staff. Dove products in the bathroom. Hooks on the wall and a nice bench space to set your stuff.

Would have liked a little more water pressure, but that's a personal preference.

Everything! The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was pretty cool, the hotel was very clean, the carpet/ room did not smell, I am so thankful. One of the best things I did like was that the cleaning ladies came around every day of my stay to make sure that I had what I needed. That was a big plus for me.

We were here for a Marine Corps graduation & this hotel is about 10-15 min from base. Breakfast is included & they offer everything needed for a complete breakfast. Very comfortable beds & also very clean. There’s a WaWa gas station right in front of it. Hope this helps.
