The hotel was newly renovated and you could tell. The front desk worker the night we checked in was super nice and helpful.

We asked for a late check out, due to a soccer tournament. The girl working Friday night just told us, that’s not a problem, just talk to the lady in the morning. We did this and her response was, as soon as housekeeping gets here, we can ask and it shouldn’t be a problem. When we returned from our first game, right after we were told to check back, the lady working (someone different) just told my husband, “we don’t do that here”. This was one of the reasons we booked a night here because I called, we told to just talk to them when we got there and it won’t be a problem, to being told “it’s not something we do”. I feel like they should be on the same page.

Our room was very spacious enough space for my granddaughter to enjoy herself. She picked her own bed. She loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was our favorite. I meant it was a waffle. She went crazy. She loved that hotel. We will be coming back next summer and we will be thankful a week.

I have nothing to complain about. I love the Hampton and that’s just I’m a Hampton girl.

Loved the room. It was clean and comfortable .They let me check in early. That was wonderful because we just traveled 10 hours with 2 toddlers. The breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay again. And they finally let us have a late check out our last morning. So all n all I love it

I didn't like the Indian guy that works at night he was rude and never said hello. When we would ask questions, he would have an attitude. We ended up staying more than we planned cause one of the desk services in the morning would not let us have a late checkout, but definitely let us pay for one more day. So that was weird.

The room was nice and big.. I liked that the shower had sliding door and not the shower curtain like most hotels have... Love the whirlpool ... The breakfast was amazing

I didn't like the price it was a little expensive.. and the cable went out so they was no watching TV.. and apparently front end desk attendant last night (March 11th )was very rude about it ... The pool needs to be more heated

Breakfast was not appetizing to one who does not eat turkey or chicken sausage. The coffee was always fresh and hot. The breakfast bar opened promptly at 6:00 AM

Exceeded all expectations with exception of breakfast. This was not up to expectations when compared to Hamptons in NC. I understand the locale but turkey or chicken sausage is not on my list of options.

The front desk staff was very kind and courteous. The room smelled fresh and clean and I could tell that much detail was put into the cleanliness of the room. It was comfortable and very clean, which means the world to me when I’m traveling and away from home. Keep up the great work. There was ample parking and I never had to park far away from the front entrance.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy about my stay.

Very spacious room with a big bathroom. My 4 year old enjoyed the whirlpool tub just as much as I did! The pool was clean and open until 10pm. I really liked the contactless check in with the digital door key. We got in late and were able to head straight to our room with no check in process at the desk.

The bed was kinda hard for my liking.

breakfast was great and offered many options. Also loved the room darkening shade; which makes for great sleep!

all four pillows were too soft for us-maybe have a soft one and one a little more firm.

The pool area AC was broken so too hot to hang out. However it was clean and well kept except the heat. That is usually how we keep the kids entertained- it happens- and will stay next trip again!
