It’s a beautiful property with all of the amenities you could ask for!

The outside wasn’t kept clean, I had to actually ask someone to clean up all of the cigarettes and ashes that were left from the previous few days! The beautiful outside tile wasn’t cleaned at all!

I had no bath towels. There were none available at check-in. Walter had to go find some. I called the front desk in the morning. My husband requested in person. I had to call again. I received 1 face towel and 2 towels for 2 people. I have stayed her before and the family reserves 7 to 10 rooms per event. I was very disappointed at no bath towels.... no face clothes.. It will make us reconsider our next stay sadly.

room was small the shower had a half wall that made it hard to keep from wetting the floor and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner dusty & brown spots in shower

I loved the way the suite was designed from the coats racks at the door, mini kitchen (full size refrigerator 😊) to the bathroom. The beds were neat and comfortable and everything worked.

The body wash pump bottle was empty. I thought it was just my room (room 312)but the same with my parents (room 220) I only found out when I was in the shower WET. Not cool! 😖😔😤😳🤬. I got out and used the the mini facial bar. I never told the front desk because I came in for a funeral and everything was going so fast and we were only there for 2 nights. Plus it was just me and my 11yr daughter so we made do. Everything should be checked. The toilet paper holder kept falling down because it wasn't screwed in properly

The breakfast was good and fresh with a lot of variety. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet. Great experience, I would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect - right in the middle of the Potomac Mills shopping area. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected with sausage/gravy, hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles and more! The room was a studio with a FULL kitchen and table/chairs. It was perfect for my 2 kids and I. I will definitely go back again!

The cleanliness of the room should've been better. I found pens and a dog toy under the edge of the bed (while looking for my glasses that had fallen off the table). There were marks on the walls by the table/chairs and in the bathroom that came off easily with a wet washcloth. I was disappointed that it hadn't been noticed and cleaned before I came along to do it.

The flexible check and out time; we’ve never had this experience before at other property’s, and it was really nice and made it feel that much more special.

The shower doesn’t have a sliding door and the floor got wet we had to put down a towel

I enjoyed the size of suite: the kitchenette has everything, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the tv provided wonderful free entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; that’s including the cleaning staff. I loved how much parking there was around the building.

I wasn’t aware what time breakfast was so I missed out the first morning. The next morning, the hot food items didn’t look appetizing but it’s just not what I’m accustomed to.

Very Close to Stores, Restaurants and very comfortable Movie Theater.

Parking at the Hotel. Odd Spots & Locations of Parking positions. No Covered Overhang for unloading your car upon arrival at front Door.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was AMAZING! Breakfast was good and there was fresh coffee brewed all day. The room was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Also there was a great "borrow" program where we could borrow things from crockpots to playing cards!

The shower was beautiful and the water pressure was perfect. However, there wasn't a shower door just a glass partition. And it was opened enough that water sprayed onto the bathroom floor.
