Location in relation to Potomac mills mall, Stonebridge shopping center, Alamo movie theater, restaurants, convenience stores and other shopping and activities made me choose this hotel. Some of these places are in walking distance. There is a tactical laser tag and Round one gaming place nearby. Staff was supper friendly and help with noise issue in hallway quick. Free breakfast. Free parking.

Breakfast was good. There was oatmeal, boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. However it is not comparable to surrounding hotels that have waffles, meat, different types of eggs and oatmeal toppings. Now those hotels do charge more so Spark may fit your needs if you want to use your savings at the local restaurants.

We stayed only one night as we were in Northern Virginia to see a yacht rock band, Thurston Howell, at the State Theatre. We literally only were in the room from about 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. the following morning. We had stayed there before because the rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent, and the location works for visiting my sister who lives nearby. It certainly met our expectations.

The location was excellent

The bathroom and the was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There was hair still in the sink and the shower as well as things under the bed from the previous reservation. I also asked for another roll of tissue and the gentleman at the front desk said he had to find a roll but he will bring it to me and her never did.

I really appreciated the clerk allowing me to check in early. I was in pain and really needed to check in, she was awesome. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure was perfect. The price for my stay was very reasonable.

Old food was left in the fridge indicating my room was not thoroughly cleaned. The old carpet smell was off-putting.

The breakfast was very satisfying, there were a variety of options to choose from. The rooms met my expectations for the hotel chain. Clean, smelled fresh upon entry, no complaints other than the bathroom floor could have used a bit more attention when it came to mopping.

The pillows were of low quality and not that comfortable. Would have appreciated firmer better quality pillows. There was one random chair in the corner that had an off stain. This could have been cleaned, replaced or removed.

The room was large and clean. I was only spending one night on a long road trip, so I chose this hotel because it's right off the highway.

The staff I interacted with were very pleasant, but I left quite early (around 4 am) to get back on the road, and I couldn't find anyone to check out, so I just left.

The hotel/room was clean and the front desk was friendly. It was in a quiet location, but seconds from the highway. within walking distance of several restaurants and stores and less than 15 minutes from 2 malls. The free breakfast had real breakfast fair, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, several juice and bread options,  coffee, and tea.

Clean, quiet, microwave and fridge are always appreciated. I stayed here because it was much less expensive than staying in Crystal City where I parked my car to depart out of Reagan airport. The hotels that offer parking cost three times as much as this Country Inn and Suites. And it was just 20 minutes away. So I decided to stay the night in the less expensive hotel and then drive to the much more expensive hotel the next day for the off-site parking it offered.

It was fine.

The location is great! Convenient to restaurants and the highway.

It could have been cleaner in my room. There is blue gum stuck on the side of the bedside table. One of the lights on the wall is falling off. The toilet seat needed to be screwed in, it was sliding back and forth.
