The breakfast was better than average with a variety of items. The eggs were good and didn't have a chemical taste. The area was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The elevator was quiet (we stayed beside it). Close to restaurants and the highway in a nice area.

We were told by the front desk that the hot tub was working partially, not jets but plenty of heat. Which don't bother to disclose if we don't ask. We went down to enjoy it and it was totally cold and nothing working! We called the front desk, and they seemed to be shocked by the information and instead of saying they would fix it, they said they would put a sign that it was broken. The next morning we asked the breakfast lady and she said, the tub had been broken for a while. I just wish they had been honest about it!!!!

We wanted to go there because it had a pool and breakfast for free. It was very close to Quantico national cemetery where we had to go for a funeral.

I felt a little unsafe in the area. We had an experience when walking in that a man came to my teenage daughters and asked them for drugs. It was uncomfortable but the staff there was absolutely amazing and came out to assess the situation and made the man leave. I was bringing things in from my car and saw that part of the transaction happening. Unfortunately that experience made my daughters and I feel uncomfortable around the hotel. I stayed with them in the pool area just for safety reasons.

This is one of the best bargains I've ever come across. The place is absolutely immaculate. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. It has a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a small weight room. Morning comes with a free breakfast which is better than most others. And finally, the staff is always smiling and very helpful. The hotel is closed to nearby restaurants and other stores. If you're visiting this area you literally can't get a better bargain than this place.

After booking with Booking.com, my credit card information was stolen and used to purchase 2 tickets from Florida to El Salvidor, totaling over $800. My Credit Union took care of me in the situation, reimbursed me the total, canceled my card. It was very inconvenient for me for a week. I will never use you again and have shared my experience with anyone and everyone I could.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Our check-in agent was friendly, outgoing and very helpful when we had a problem with the lock on our door. She immediately moved us to a new room. (I wish I had gotten her name because she provided exceptional service).

Location was a little concerning. There were a few unsavory characters hanging around the parking lot. Was a little concerned about items left in the car overnight.

The staff was delightful from the moment I checked in to my departure. Breakfast was included, and the menu offered a variety of choices. The attendant engaged with each guest when they entered the facility for breakfast. My room smelled pleasant and was cleaned to standard.

Surrounding facilities' curb appeal did not meet standards.

Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

The pool and the hot tub had a lot of chemicals in it. Everytime we would turn the jets on in the hot tub we couldn't stay in but for a minute or 2 and our eyes were burning so bad and could keep them open.

liked that they had a hot breakfast option (eggs sausage and bacon) rooms were big pool was functional, staff was very friendly at the front desk said hello and goodbye every time we left or entered. Room cleaners were very nice have us stuff if we needed it changed garbages.

Only thing I have to say I didn’t like was the beds were not up to my liking but it might just be me but that’s it!😁

My room #407, drapes on the window were not attached to the rod in the middle so I couldn't completely close the drapes to block out the morning light. I like dark when sleeping and didn't have to get up early. Also the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work.

Bed and bed linens comfortable

Stairwells are filthy dirty, look like they haven’t ever been cleaned. 2 of the 4 washers and dryers were out of order. Laundry room was filthy. The elevator runs very slow. The hallways are extremely hot, no cooling.
