It was more than I expected!! 😍 Beautiful layout and decor!! Kitchen has utensils and dishes PLUS a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stovetop and full size fridge and freezer with an ice maker!! Beds were very comfortable!🥰 It is located right next to 711 which is good for convenience but also not too far from other good restaurants. Dove soap is provided for hand soap, lotion and to shower with. Dove is my favorite so I LOVED that! I also went down for breakfast and it was delicious! The lady had just made fresh bacon and it was on point!! 😀 Everything was clean and worked properly. Plenty of linens provided. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Staff are all friendly and amazing! Every single person we encountered made us feel welcomed. Very friendly vibe for a long stay. Kitchen staff, housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance all stellar! Special shout out to Jenny at the front desk! Took care of everything we needed our entire stay!

Everything was great.

I like the location except for the lack of adequate parking. Staff is very capable and willing to go that extra mile to provide customer satisfaction.

The only problem that we experienced this visit was waking up to a rather large red ant or simular in my bed. Twice during my stay. I reported to the front desk and was offered a solution that would only ruin our stay even more. They offered some sort of fumigation that my son has an allergic sensitivety, and the smell is not pleasant and lingers. I would have offered an option of relocating to another suite that wasn't infested or reported any pest. Other than this issue, our stay was pleasant as usual.

The staff was warm, kind, courteous and helpful. I was especially pleased with our interaction with Ms. Samantha and the night shift handyman who worked with her on Saturday night, 12.21.24. Please personally thank them for my family.

I have no complaints though I wish breakfast was served during a longer period.

There was a nice kitchenette. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room very clean. Free breakfast which was adequate. There was an indoor pool which kids seemed to enjoy (didn't use).

Staff seemed ambivalent about their job. Room was too bright at night for sleeping due to nightlight, hallway light from under door and thermostat. Sheets seemed a little yellowed color. Noise from the highway.

The countertops and furniture were very nice quality, modern. the beds and sofa bed were comfortable. Two large TVs. There were two rooms, lots of space for the price. Fridge microwave nice big and clean. While we didn’t get to use it, the pool looked nice and inviting. They offer free laundry service too. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, sausages and fried potatoes, along with yoghurt, milk, cereals, beverages, bagels, etc.

The walls were cracked at the corners, the shower pole was broken and though useless, still there. Our room was right outside the elevator (208) and we could hear it throughout the night. There was a very loud air circulation fan that sounded like a wind turbine starting up a few times at night that woke us up each time. The dining area in our room only had room for two at one side, and we squeezed in the other two at the desk, a bit awkward but at least we had space to eat at tables.

The lady for check in this was around 9pm was super sweet & nice! Check in was fast & she gave me a run down of what was offered and where things were located! Room was super clean! Everything was comfortable & perfect! They had sign asking for patience & giving apologies because the breakfast attendant had a family emergency & they were a little short on breakfast ( which was completely okay) The gentleman that checked me out this morning was very pleasant also!

Loved everything

The property is well kept! The rooms were clean and towels and toiletries were stocked as well. The staff were very pleasant, I would definitely stay again🤗

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept on that’s for sure!

The room was awesome!! Clean and comfortable!! Close to dining and shopping, and the National Museum of the Marine, which is why we were there. Just loved it, and hope to go back soon!

Everything was great!! No complaints

We were all pleasantly surprised , the size of the suite was AWESOME! I had my 4 grandchildren with me and we didn't feel cramped at all. Two tv's was a HUGE bonus as well! The room was really quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool! Breakfast was nice and the employees were all very friendly.
