Our little suite...so affordable and giving my hubby and I room and quiet...since we BOTH snore LOUD!! The couch and bed were so comfy. The bathroom area was divided into two nice sized parts...plenty of room for clothes and suitcases...not like the usual cramped up rooms. The desk staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed...The breakfast was great with lots of options and freshness. As we are seniors they were patient with us and repeated directions clearly. Oh yes...the hot tub in the pool area was super clean and ran perfectly, unlike so many we have been to...and as seniors we have been to plenty. Best hotel ever!

Nothing, honestly can't think of a single thing.

I loved the pool, I loved the tv because it was connected to WiFi and I got to watch Netflix lol, the breakfast was good (not my favorite), they have an amazing coffee station which I made lots of hot chocolate with, and I love that they actually have the digital key available. & the hot water and shower pressure is amazing.

I didn’t particularly care for the neighborhood.

People are really friendly and nice, I have stay here several times and I always come back here. Exceptional service and friendliness, great place

The buffet probably will need ro improve a little, last time I was there there the build eggs were bit peeled. Maybe some customers like to peel them themselves but I don't, that's the only bad review I have

We loved the pool and the breakfast! Our stay temperature, room size, and cleanliness were exceptional.

The bed is horribly uncomfortable. Firm doesn’t begin to describe it. It looks lovely and inviting but it was hard as a rock and we didn’t get much sleep at all.

The breakfast consisted of a variety of foods, we were suprised to see so many selections to choose from. Any mother would appreicate their breakfast for the kiddos.

I honestly cannot think of anything.

Cleaning

The light in my room, did not work next morning. I had to leave the hotel early in the morning and didn’t have time to deal with it. When I reported it, at the check out, the host explained me how to fix it.! Bottom line, the explanation should have been received at check in( just in case)

Conveniently placed, however the approach to the actual facility is a not intuitive.

A Bikers Group was using the hotel and they om some function about 3AM and were extremely noisy. Bathtub needs some .relining or maintenance

Clean rooms, location, good value

Room service opened my door at 8 am trying to clean my room, way too early in the AM to be cleaning, I was sleeping and they scared the bejesus out of me

Only negative aspect was the breakfast. Not everyone likes omelettes, me being one of them. That was the only egg choice they offered. Secondly, the home fries were sweet potatoes. The meat was similar to a kielbasa. Most hotels give scrambled eggs, bacon and breakfast sausage and home fries.

Check in was easy. Staff at counter were nice and friendly.

Seems that some staff were sitting outside after we arrived and someone they knew pulled up blowing the horn. Not appropriate for weary travelers.
