Our little suite...so affordable and giving my hubby and I room and quiet...since we BOTH snore LOUD!! The couch and bed were so comfy. The bathroom area was divided into two nice sized parts...plenty of room for clothes and suitcases...not like the usual cramped up rooms. The desk staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed...The breakfast was great with lots of options and freshness. As we are seniors they were patient with us and repeated directions clearly. Oh yes...the hot tub in the pool area was super clean and ran perfectly, unlike so many we have been to...and as seniors we have been to plenty. Best hotel ever!

Cleaning

The light in my room, did not work next morning. I had to leave the hotel early in the morning and didn’t have time to deal with it. When I reported it, at the check out, the host explained me how to fix it.! Bottom line, the explanation should have been received at check in( just in case)

Conveniently placed, however the approach to the actual facility is a not intuitive.

A Bikers Group was using the hotel and they om some function about 3AM and were extremely noisy. Bathtub needs some .relining or maintenance

Only negative aspect was the breakfast. Not everyone likes omelettes, me being one of them. That was the only egg choice they offered. Secondly, the home fries were sweet potatoes. The meat was similar to a kielbasa. Most hotels give scrambled eggs, bacon and breakfast sausage and home fries.

Clean rooms, location, good value

Room service opened my door at 8 am trying to clean my room, way too early in the AM to be cleaning, I was sleeping and they scared the bejesus out of me

Check in was easy. Staff at counter were nice and friendly.

Seems that some staff were sitting outside after we arrived and someone they knew pulled up blowing the horn. Not appropriate for weary travelers.

We did not have any breakfast. The facility was very nice, as expected based on prior experience.

I thought the pricing was a bit high, but lately everything is inflated in price. The $75 fee for the dog is high.

The pool!!!! It was our granddaughter birthday and all she wanted to do is swim!!!! It’s November so we found the hotel with a pool!!!! It was a great nights stay!!!!

Nothing

I stay in this hotel whenever I come up in the area for work. It is up to the best standards of the Hampton Inn with clean, quiet rooms and a quiet efficient heating and air conditioning system. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and the breakfast is fine and serves at six which is important for me since I have to leave early.

More fruit at breakfast is all I can think of.

Breakfast was great. I had the egg/sausage/cheese breakfast sandwich yum! Great location with easy access and plenty of parking. Also, the entire hotel was very clean and updated. Loved the outside eating area.

One of the sliding doors to our bathroom could not be closed. It was off it’s track.
