Large room, private space for my husband and myself from the kids, without having to pay extra for an adjoining room. Nice indoor pool, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate. We tried not to ask too much of them but they still went above and beyond. Breakfast was decent too. Attendant was very good about keeping things out for people until breakfast ended

Our door had some issues. We dealt with it but it needs to be fixed. The hotel needs to be updated some but it is nice for what it is.

My stay at Comfort Suites was fantastic. My room was very clean and all the bedding was so comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh and there wasn't any need to ask for things to be refilled. The employees stayed on top of keeping the area clean and stocked. The best part of my stay was the indoor pool! I was only able to enjoy it for a brief moment before I check out and the temperature of the water was just perfect; allowing me to enjoy my swim and not have to warm up to the water.

I would have liked check out to at noon. Although I understand the safety measures I didnt like that the bathrooms in the lobby required a physical key to be unlocked

Room was very clean and inviting. Breakfast menu was good and overall the stay was pleasant. Definitely staying here again when I visit the area.

Honestly, I dont think anything was so bad to the point where i have to complain. Checking in was a little annoying because we were not informed the person making the reservation had to be more than 21 but the guy at the counter worked with us. Other than that it was a breeze.

I love this property. I live in the area. This may go to hotel because of the pricing and what you get for the value! Breakfast is always awesome! Staff is always kind! The manager has been so awesome as well!

I would say the one thing about this hotel is the company it keeps around it! But please don’t let the atmosphere deter you from going to the hotel.

The location of this establishment, cleanliness of the room, fair pricing & comfort of the bed was amazing! I love the uniqueness of the layout of the hotel rooms; corridors with railings allow you to see all floors & the lobby area as soon as you walk out of your room. We were in a King Suite on the 4th floor. I would definitely stay here again & recommend this hotel to family & friends.

I definitely didn't like the "lack of customer courtesy" from Ms. Beatrice at the front desk. We felt reluctant in approaching her for towels or anything for that matter. Our first night began with requesting her to move us to a different room. Reason being, the room's temperature was 78 degrees & the AC wasn't working. This was not good, especially after driving 5 hours to this destination. She continued to ask questions about the temperature guage instead of coming to see for herself, about the temperature in the room. Finally, we were granted our request. From that point forward, her body language in terms of approachability WAS NOT GOOD! This is too nice of a hotel for her to represent it in this manner. First impressions can destroy a business.

The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious. There was a tv in the living room and the bedroom. The location was great. There was a vast selection of places to eat and would accommodate a range of budgets.

The coffee in the room was not very good. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs and were cold. But they had a waffle maker which saved the day.

I love the property itself. It’s always nice and clean and welcoming.

It’s nothing about the property I didn’t like. However this stay had a rude awakening of weed coming through the vents while I was sleeping. I am a night person so I sleep late. The weed smell had me dizzy in my sleep and was very alarming. It’s not the hotel’s fault it’s the people who choose not to follow the no smoking policy.

The pool was nasty. At least 7 kids got sick one sent to the er, and i asked the front desk to have them close the pool. They did not. It was supposed to be closed at 9pm and was open all night. Was told they would close and put a sign on it due to the kids getting sick. Woke up for the continental breakfast and pool was still open. Complained a second time and finally they closed it just to open it back up later. A total waste of my time to make it known. The pool was really murky and dirty. Next time if it looks like that I will be calling the health dept. Not happy with kids puking and having to go to the hospital. Safety and heath should be Comfort Suites main priority and it wasn't. I will not be staying here ever again and i will be letting colleagues know about this.

Breakfast was good. Closing at 9am is a little early for some people. Staff were friendly.

Only 1 wash cloth in the room. No shampoo and a used bottle of conditioner. Floor was not vacuumed. I wear slippers socks. Had 2 pieces of copper stuck to my socks when walking around in the room. Not sure where they got those little bed pillows from.
