It was comfortable and close to where we had an engagement. Very clean with great service.

Being charged for parking when I checked out was an unpleasant surprise. My receipt was changed to reflect that the $20 extra charge was voided but I could not receive a hard copy that same day. I did finally see the receipt today with the correct charge of $351.12 for my 2 day stay. I’ll check my credit card bill for the correct amount when I call them or receive this month’s bill.

The stay was wonderful,the breakfast was very good,I like the fact I had a variety of options to choose from. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Thank you so much for the smiles and the wonderful service.

The MANAGER over house keeping fail to provide services DAILY. NOT THE STAFF,BUT THE MANAGER. She (manager)was the translater, the staff can only do what they are instructed To do. I stayed 6 days but only had services 2 days. I really appreciate the desk managers professionalism in accommodating us on our next visit and other add amenities. Thank for going the extra mile

The wife and I have stayed in several Hotels while traveling to see family. By far this has been the best Hotel we've stayed in. Front desk staff Great! Breakfast Great! Breakfast staff Great. Although we didn't have cleaning service, the Staff was very polite when walking by them, I assume they would have been great also. Pool was Great. I have nothing to say that would make me dislike this property. I will always stay here again even if the price is more than what I paid this past week.

Breakfast was really great. Location was a bit hard to get in and little parking until we found parking garage under hotel.

No one told us about the unground parking, had to find it when the lot was full when we came back late one night.

The free breakfast was typical of what to expect. Nice big, clean room.

The location was a little tricky to find. The shower door didn't close all the way. The TV channel lineup was severely lacking with very few choices.

I'm a very light sleeper and staff assigned me the perfect room. Restaurants and Target are walkable.

There should be more hand sanitizers near all areas where there's food, not just near the coffee. The light on the wall over the bed worked once. The floor lamp by the door never worked.

The rooms were very large, I forgot my shower cap, and they had extras that I was able to get. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety, the location was great minutes from I-95, and the gym had everything I needed to stay on my workout routine.

The only minor issue was with the breakfast, there wasn't any whole milk for the cereal. I could live with that, with everything else being exceptional.

The breakfast was very enjoyable. Many extras I didn’t expect. The staff person we had today, 7/23 was super efficient and he was very courteous! Caesar, who took care of our check in was so courteous. Always a smile no matter how many questions people asked. Please let him know that he is an asset to your establishment!

The TVs have limited channels but that wasn’t a big deal as we weren’t in the room much.

We enjoyed our stay at Springhill. We relaxed and were very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. i would recommend this place to family and friends. We were on the 4th floor. no noise. The staff was very friendly.

I did not find anything wrong.
