The location was perfect for our stay to attend OCS graduation without having to get on 95 to drive to the base. The lobby is spacious, room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accomodating.

The pool is only outside. Breakfast offerings are exactly the same each day. Most people wouldn't notice except for those who stay multiple days. More fresh fruit, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs would definitely improve the selection. Fruit in coffee area for snacks would be a great addition for travelers.

The front desk lady of the Night Shift was so sweet and kind. Good breakfast. Nice and comfortable beds. Clean hotel. One of the best affordable hotels that I have stayed so far in the US.

The bathroom extractor was not very powerful, so if you take hot showers, it will take a few minutes to take the vapor away. The bathroom door can’t stay open itself. Some Plugs didn’t work but some others did.

The breakfast was great.

The manager in a white shirt told us it no available rooms. I went outside and booked the room they had 3 left. Then he did wait of me. He gave me to another person. He was very rude. When I first can in he was on the phone. I was looking for someone and he just sat there. He was trying to he his money straight.

I liked that the property was very clean and they accommodated us with an early checkin after being on the road for 13hrs.

I didnt like that the vent in the bathroom wasn’t working, therefore it was extremely hot after showering. But not a dealbreaker, simply shared with front desk host at the checkout.

Cleanliness, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast met expectations. Nice location to other restaurants and Quantico Base.

All the USB ports in the room didn’t work. The bathroom was very warm all the time. Parking was a little tight. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Not enough towels for a room for four.

The property is very well maintained. It appeared new. Exceptionally clean. Staff professional and friendly. Linens crisp and fresh. Pillows and beds very comfortable. All furniture in like new condition. Water pressure good. Dove toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet delicious. Keurig coffee pots in rooms with Eight o'clock coffee pods. Great, safe location, with shopping and restaurants walkable. Quiet for sleeping. Chick Fil A and IHOP are right there! We travel a lot, and we agreed this hotel is what every hotel should be.

It was perfect.

This is a clean comfortable hotel that I have stayed in several times because it is close to work. Nothing special, just a clean comfortable hotel. breakfast is fine, about standard for this level of hotel and eating area is spacious and bright. Bed comfortable, heating system quiet, as are the rooms.

The only thing I can think of is more choices at breakfast. Limited restaurants near by.

Front desk staff was super helpful & kind. The beds were very comfortable. Right across the street from Chick-fil-A which was a bonus for our family!

Limited grab & go items at breakfast. Due to our schedule, we were unable to sit down for breakfast.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and it seems to be in a safe area and that’s most important to me as I’m traveling with kids .

the property was fine . this time that I stayed the front desk person was not friendly . not someone I would want being the first person my customers had interaction with . one example Is as we were turning away to goto room after check in I asked what time breakfast was and he just said “ it’s on the back of your key card holder” well if he had told me that info before I started back I would not have had to ask him . it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again but being the only person that worked for the hotel I interacted with it wasn’t very good.

The front desk associate who checked me in was amazing! She has Outstanding customer service and was very helpful with providing local information. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bath towels had hair on them.
