Everything was Clean

You have to pay for breakfast separately, well we had already include breakfast in our package. But if we didn’t then we would have to pay for it. Also I didn’t like that we didn’t have access to free coffee all day. And when we were trying to connect to the free Wi-Fi, when you get to the bottom, there’s a button there saying that you should click if you understand that you may be charged. If it is free, it is free. If we have to pay, let us know. Claudia the waitress waited on us she was professional, and listen keenly to what we wanted. Food was great.

We just enjoyed our fourth visit to the Hilton Garden Inn Woodbridge. It is exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable; the parking lot is large and well lighted. The location of the hotel is a comfortable distance (drive) from the sights in Alexandria and Washington, DC and is very close to excellent area restaurants that provide plenty of space for parking. We especially want to offer praise for the staff at this hotel. Without exception, everyone is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I wish that I had written down the names of the manager and the woman who served in the dining room; I would like to thank them more personally for their warmth and kindness. The breakfast is provided at an additional cost, but it is worth the price. In addition to buffet items, freshly made to order items are included. We recommend the delicious omelets!

We have nothing to add to this space! This is a wonderful place to stay!

I have stayed here multiple times, and as always the staff from start to finish were excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Always feel safe and secure while staying here.

The pool and sauna were in very bad condition and in need of serious cleaning. The "restaurant" is just over all terrible. I felt bad for the young waitress who was getting the brunt of people's disappointment. I believe this facility is taking on something that it should not. Hot coffee / tea and a simple continental breakfast would be great.

Decent location close to the interstate. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

This hotel has six floors of rooms but only has two carts to accommodate patrons. Parking is limited for it's size and if they've rented out the ball room, parking is inadequate. Both our tv's needed to be reset to receive all channels offered. Even then, the lineup was poor. I was unable to check in using the the phone app and even though an honors member, I felt like a criminal checking in.

I had to pay for room because they said I didn’t pay and had to call booking.com when I got there at 12 am. I called booking and couldn’t get through to a really person because I didn’t have the PIN number🤷‍♀️. I paid with Klarna’s and they took my payment. I’m waiting for refund.

I thought that the breakfast was complimentary, which is why I chose to stay there. But it was not, So I felt like it was a hidden fee.

I did not care for the pillows. I had to ask for more pillows to make one pillow. They were to flat and very uncomfortable for me.

Breakfast was good. Food on bar was cold but my omelet was great. Waitress was not good at all told me I could order from the menu but never offered a menu. Asked me if I wanted juice, water, water meat but never brought it. Front desk check in was easy. Was there for a party which was good being in the same location.

Service was lacking.

I didn’t like how for 2 nights my neighbors was so loud and kept waking me while she was on her phone all night The first night I called and ask them to speak to her and they didn’t The second night she was loud again laughing loud talking loud at 12am in the morning was a bit much they called her room and she calmed down I know we can’t control our neighbors but she really messed up my stay

Didn’t clean the room as often as would of liked. Had a four year old with us and needed cleaning , towels, toilet paper more often , only cleaned the room once during our stay

I absolutely adored Christopher(Assistant GM). I called down to the front desk with questions, and he was pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Later on, when my family came downstairs, before the football tournament with my sons, I wanted to change my double room to a larger room. Not only did he call to let me know it was ready, Christopher also wished my sons luck with their game. The King Suite was amazing and the soaking tub was exactly what was needed after a long, hot day. Bed was so soft. Another thing-since COVID, I usually bring my own cleaning supplies to clean the room before I bring things in. I did not have to do that here! Everything was sparkling and smelled good...

The breakfast was absolutely horrible. I paid $13/person, for 5 people, to eat. French toast, waffles, pancakes, eggs and turkey sausage was ordered. The French toast, waffles, and pancakes tasted hard and like straight baking soda(the horrible, bitter acidic taste if dry ingredients are not mixed properly). Turkey sausage was dry and eggs had a weird taste, even with cheese added. The only thing I liked was the fresh fruit(pineapple was kinda brown) and the cranberry juice. I spent a good amount for the hotel and for the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs, my family was sadly disappointed. The delivery of food is also expensive if you don't have that many options.
