I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I hadn’t stayed in a Homewood Suites before and didn’t know what to expect. The area around the hotel was nice with a nice shopping/dining area just down the street with a Wegmans. The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again and if this is the standard for Homewood suites I will definitely stay in one again.

Only things that could have been better is if they had cinnamon fir the oatmeal and if temperature in the gym was set at a lower temperature. I adjusted the thermostat but it didn’t seem to help.

We stayed here one night to attend a wedding in Woodbridge. Wish we'd had time to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, which looked great. Our room was on the 1st floor by a parking lot, but very quiet. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure and hot water. Even the iron supplied in the room was top notch. Didn't use the kitchen due to our short stay, but it was well appointed. Breakfast exceeded my expectations in terms of quantity, quality, and choice. All staff were friendly.

I used the gym in the morning. Weight selection and equipment are limited, but good enough for a quick functional workout while on holiday.

We traveled from VT and after 11 hours, we were so pleasantly surprised that on Wednesdays, there was soup, salad and other food options available and included in our stay. The breakfast is always delicious and we will be back again very soon for another family event. This is the only place we will stay.

Needed to go back to room one last time before checkout, the housekeeping staff was already there, door open. Our things weren’t in there but needed to use the facilities.

The breakfast was really good!! The bacon was my fav!!! You guys should have that more often and maybe like veggie omelets but it’s was really good overall!!

This hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Centrally located near multiple food/shopping/entertainment options; also close to the highway for sightseeing. The suite was well appointed and felt like a great home-away-from-home. Will stay again for sure!

My only complaint is the bathroom layout in this particular room, which made it tricky to close the door to use the toilet. I would also have appreciated a daily trash pickup, though I understand housekeeping is still minimal because of staffing, etc.

Smell smoke at gate or elevator

Room service should be automatic, and not a surprise by filling out a piece of paper next to the door that I was not aware of. When I asked the front desk for room service, the associate told me, well you leave tomorrow? would they say the same to the CEO of Hilton? if not why did the associate say this to a hotel tenant?

The breakfast was good. It had plenty of choices. The room was clean a well stock with everything I would need. The staff was able to accommodate me when I arrived several hours early and asked if it was possible to check in early.

I do wish they would knock it off with this mask nonsense. It's insulting to me to be asked to put on a mask and gloves to get you breakfast. But its ok walk a few feet away and take them off. I think the virus must only attack s certain locations.
