The staff was great, the location was great right on or off the interstate or local state roads, breakfast was fine, very clean and comfortable plenty of pillows (love that) plenty of parking right up front again the whole staff was great esp up front at check in (thank you again)

The last two nights of our stay there were a wig tour bus kids and they were loud and noisy jumping around and stomping and wrestling (wwf) I guess???? And the chaperone’s were not doing there job I can’t really blame the hotel but I did not like it and the didn’t quite down until around 11:00 pm ok enough

When we arrived at the hotel, we were given an initial room, but the AC fan was quite loud. We then were offered a second room, but the ventilation system in the bathroom was humming away, even though the bathroom was unoccupied. We were told that it was likely in many of the rooms and that perhaps there was some air cleaning going on. That was the bad news. The good news was that one of the staff members, Tommy, proceeded to check out every single unoccupied room to see which one would be the best. Amazing! Fortunately, we were able to find a room that did not have the problem. Beyond that everything was great.

Staff was very helpful. Location right off the interstate was very convenient.

The breakfast choices, 24-hour coffee, nice and strong shower pressure (refreshing feeling all over), very quiet and pleasant ambience, professional, friendly and hardworking staff. It was a perfect choice, which made us more than happy. We came for a sister-in-law’s Funeral Mass, and the place helped facilitate the healing process.

Nothing that I could think of, except perhaps wishing it were much closer to the Potomac Mills Mall, aside from being very close to the train station!

Room is very utilitarian with all you need for stay including luggage bench with drawers, roomy closet mirrors , great bathroom counters ledges etc. comfortable bed and nice pillows linens. only down was the breakfast as only had apples no bananas oranges or cut fruit and out of yogurt too. Staff member Dakota went out of his way to be accommodating when asking about milk yogurt etc. Very professional pleasant young man who made up for any breakfast negatives!

Such friendly staff! When we had to depart very early in the morning, the lovely young woman that was setting up breakfast and coffee, went out of her way to see that we got something to eat before we hit the road, and a coffee to go! She did this without us even asking if it was possible. Our room was very clean, and the beds cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Not one thing.

The breakfast was top notch. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the lobby. Easy drive to the Franconia/Smithfield Metro Station. Bathroom was large and handicap bars were installed around the tub/shower

I was charges an extra $25 when I paid for the room. I was told this would be refunded after I checked out. Staff did not know answers to questions about the Metro or liquor laws. There was an electrical room just outside of our bathroom. A moderately loud hum was heard in our bathroom, which I assume came from the electrical room.

I loved the room being spacious. The queen beds were very comfortable and the TV was large and had many channels available. The room itself was directly across the elevator and very quiet. There was complimentary tea and coffee and a single Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was large and accommodating. This hotel was conveniently located near the Amtrak station which was the reason for my wife and I booked it. Staff was friendly and courteous.

If I had to find one thing wrong with the room was In the bathroom, by the sink, the faucet was lose and felt like it could pop off, but it held up fine.

The location is beautiful but, breakfast is poor, for the price per night . The scrambled eggs looks horrible it wasn’t appetizing, and the batter for the waffle is not good enough. Came down for breakfast round about 09.00am there was hardly anything hot serving in the warmer. I cannot pay for breakfast then I didn’t have it. But the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Live the hygiene side of it. Please improve on your breakfast. That’s what give any human being the starting fuel for the day.

Until check out. Hotel claimed y’all didn’t book too and charged me directly for stay. So paid twice. Didn’t make sense to me and I tried explaining it to them but they refused the booking through y’all. Stressed me out and spent most of the morning trying to handle it. My card provider reversed the hotels charge tho so I felt better after that

The rooms and hotel are clean. The staff is pleasant.

The wait is a little long to get to staff. No one was at the desk when we arrived to check in so we had to wait for them to let us in the building. When we needed fresh wash clothes and to check out, there was a little wait as well. Staff was great once you got to them.
