I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast because I woke up late so that’s my fault but I really enjoyed the quietness of it all! Everyone (staff) was very nice and attentive!

I didn’t like how small the bathtub was. I’m a bigger person but it cracked and then got really flimsy feeling under my feet and I was on the second floor, so that was a bit of a scare! lol And the bed was noisy and a lot more firm than anticipated but other than that everything was great!

Staff were always friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Bed was super comfy and we ended up staying 6 nights! Room facilites were great. Room was clean and serviced on request. Breakfast was a good choice and always well stocked. Great location. Parking was good and we always felt safe. Hotel was super quiet (apart from the usual early monring road traffic noise). we hardly knew others were staying as the room was so quiet. It felt very homely.

Room could have done with a vacuum. There was a smell of cannabis on the stairs and it was occasionally being smoked by other guests outside.

I liked that the property was clean, the amenities were accessible and the location was perfect. I work right next to the hotel, so it's very convenient in case I have to work . The staff was nice and helpful. The hot breakfast was phenomenal . The rooms were clean and decent size. The beds were comfortable. I will stay here again.

It was ok. The employees was wonderful. The general manager (I didn't get his name. A tall slim gentleman) was very pleasant. Whenever he saw me he would hold a nice conversation. Ms. Robin (housekeeper) was excellent.

The breakfast wasn't good. They served eggs and greasy sausages every day. The sausage was served in alot of grease. They never changed up on the meats.

They changed our room on request but the room they gave us .. but okay but not to our expectations.. that room was smelling like mud and there was no closet and locker on the floor my kid almost got hurt ..but besides that I really appreciate how they considered us

The hassle of dealing with the communication between the hotel and Booking.com. We had an emergency situation and had to book directly with thee hotel, and Booking.Com was very difficult to deal with to get a cancellation and avoid double payment for our room. HELP! Thank you!!

Cleaning staff was lazy didn’t wanna clean the room. There was an old rag hanging in the shower. The trash can was cracked up. Only received one plastic bag for ice. Just could be better but livable.

As someone with sever allergies I was happy I had choices for breakfast. Wish I knew the first day. Allowed pets. Really liked the blanket, it was heavy.

Everything was fine but the shower head was super dirty! At first I thought the metal was chipping off. But I rubbed it with a towel and it was soap scum or something. It wasn't clean... everything else was fine.

I like that they had two separate locations for smoking on smoking and two different hallways and they have very big rooms

I really don’t care for the dungeon shower, but it was OK

Breakfast was very good. Good selection of breakfast items. Coffee available all day.

A TV guide was not in the room. A list of restaurants or delivery options would be helpful.
