my staff was wonderful/ my AC had a meltdown the staff and maintenance handled it with quality and professionalism. I really appreciate that .

Several cars had wheels and lug nuts stolen. You have to pay to park, but there is minimal security for your car. I called when I realized I would not arrive for the first night, but wanted to. keep the other nights. I knew I had to pay for the missed night, but didn’t want to cancel the reservation. The person I spoke to indicated that she was at the desk and understood exactly what I wanted. When I arrived the next night, there was no one at the desk (about 9:30 pm) and guests were looking for the desk attendant. After about 30 minutes someone showed up, a replacement called in from home. My reservation had been cancelled, but the replacement found us a room and gave us an accommodation for our trouble. A very nice lady.

The bathrooms are very old. They need to put some money to upgrade the bathrooms.

Most.of the staff was great. Location breakfast beds all great
$12 a day.to park in their parking lot charged after you check out. Really?? Pay to park.in your parking lot not cool

Clean and comfortable, large room
Was asked to pay for parking. That was not acceptable. They waive it. Spray used to disenfect was over powering in the hallways. I asume this was for covid, but it was almost sickening.
